Making a short 4 day trip and found this Park and Fly, normally I don’t use this chain but the price was very reasonable. I read the reviews and wasn’t sure but after my stay I would definitely recommend this Econo Lodge. I was pleasantly surprise of the room size and layout with living area separate from bedroom, the staff was very accommodating, at check in I was given all the info needed and the shuttle drive/owner was also accommodating. Upon my return, the shuttle arrived within 12 minutes. For an older hotel it sounds like they are continually trying to improve. As for the breakfast, with the price of the room and the fact there is 38 breakfast restaurants close by I felt it was quite sufficient. I will DEFINITELY use this hotel again. And how many hotels personalize your TP. ;) Donna K- beladonna231@yahoo.com

Had an excellent stay. Rooms were quiet, clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The AC was on quite high when I arrived and ended up turning it off completely before bed, as there was no extra blankets in the room. I could have probably called down for one but was too tired.

I wanted to like this place- check in went well, staff was so pleasant and nice, Get our “suite” first floor- in front of ice machine, not a deal breaker but ugh. All the suites seem to have adjoining door/rooms. You can hear hallway noise and room noise in sitting area in room, but not bed area. Open curtain- we are right by the door where all the employees stand and smoke. And they do, or someone does- all night we hear talking, smell smoke (we don’t smoke) and cannot even have our sheers open due to people right outside the window (room 124). Not great at 2 a.m. hearing people outside your window when you are leaving for a Triathlon at 5 a.m. Morning we get back- tell the person at the counter about the noise- she knows exactly what I mean, offers to move us to the other side of the building and we accept. (Room 119) better location. Rooms were both okay clean- not great clean, but clean. Glass drinking cups in bathrooms (no thanks) An hour after we get in our room, TV stops working. For hours, and hours no TV. Go to the office- there is no one there and 4 people standing there waiting, people coming in to check in etc. No one. We worry maybe someone had collapsed in the back or were out smoking. Over 1/2 hour goes by- finally this young, very young employee comes out and says other person quit- he’s by himself- he’s very stressed and “needed a minute”. Hours later the “regional manager” comes in, he takes over some duties- we had disconnected the TV and finally it had come back on. Manager says he left a family party to come work- he seemed sincere. Offered a snack from the hotel store if we wanted- we declined. Next day, we decide we’d had enough and were ready to go home. It was 3 p.m. on Sunday. Go to desk, manager was there and the nice lady from day before (glad she wasn’t the one who quit) she goes to give me reduced price (mind you this room was close to $250 per night with fees!!!) since we were leaving like a late check out. Again, she’s super sweet- I say, great, thank you, manager says, no. Nope, too late. He watched her check us out. It was embarrassing and not necessary. -Hot tub was out of order- chairs and caution tape all around it. -Pool- had three ladies in their clothes swimming in it- showering, like they live there. -Patio area- glad they had it- but dirty, dirty, dirty. I don’t think they wash anything there. -Breakfast was decent, the person working that was filling things quickly, making coffee, everything was replenished. One plus to the place. -Bed was comfy, pillows too. Couch felt dirty, but looked okay. Bathroom was okay, toilet in room 124 was sideways a bit, light switch plates crooked. We paid close to $700 to stay here, picked it because it was a Marriott. We didn’t get the water or any “perk” for being a member. I wanted to like this place, I really did. The girl who helped us was probably the best part of our stay. I wish I had gotten her name. She is an asset to this place.

So I’ve been coming here for 6 years and this is the BEST AND CLEANEST I’ve seen this hotel. The staff is now friendly. The room are being update and cleaned very well when better towels. I LOVE MRS ALICIA THE MANAGER!!!❤️❤️❤️ She is so welcoming and knows my name and face by heart. Very accommodating. There is no longer drama, noise, and police coming every night. It is surrounded by tons of restaurants, Airport, and mall. The only real complaint if I had one would be breakfast. If they had a full breakfast bar like some of the others it would put it over the top. Overall it is inexpensive and I’ll continue to stay there!

I walked into motel in my business suit and the first thing I was told was that I needed to put a $50 cash deposit on my room for damages. If I didn't damage the room, after inspection I would received my deposit back. I had to sign a waiver which stated the terms of expulsion, one of which was: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MISS USE TOWEL AND LINEN. IF YOU HAVE S STAIN OR BLOOD YOU LOSS YOUR DEPOSIT. Yes, that was the poor language and spelling! The TV in the room didn't work and they had to bring in 3 people to fix it, which in itself was above the minimum and I could have been expelled for that! When I left and called for an inspection, the front desk didn't come. When I checked at the desk, they said that normally the gues would have to leave the room for it to be inspected. I insisted on being present for fear of what they would do and I would be responsible for. I would never stay here again! I apologize it took me so long to write a review - I was just too upset to do one earlier.
