Had a comfortable stay. But left my jacket in the room after I checked out. I called a few times after and was told my jacket is not there and hasn’t been handed in to the lost and found. Very disappointing

No hot water for 8 of 12 days; staff is slow and don’t speak English; staff ignores Do Not Disturb door hanger and doesn’t answer the desk phone; unbearable noise levels; garbage is everywhere; there is no breakfast (at least not worth eating and coffee is as weak as tea); Internet doesn’t work; key cards don’t always work; poor tv channel options; and management is not accommodating at all whatever the reason.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was cold right at 7, all plugs in room were loose so plugs wouldn't stay in. Parking lot had lots of trash. Pool seemed nice.

Looks great from the front, but the back is littered with trash! We have not had hot water for 3 of 5 days. The tv channel selection is horrible so stream on your phone or tablet. Sorry, you can’t because the Wi-Fi is horrible!
At least the rooms are nice, but your neighbors that live there might keep you up all night as all room doors slam shut, loudly.
But, they don’t charge a deposit and the pool is clean and nice until the residents get in.
Oh, your room key might not always work, staff speaks Spanish and no ayuda. Also, tthe front desk never answers the phone, and the breakfast consists of coffee so weak it looks like herbal tea; the breakfast meat is steamed so it’s grey; hours are at the motel’s discretion; the “cook” can’t cook; and they run out of syrup, etc consistently.
How did this place become a Choice hotel?! I can run it better and with no experience!
