For the last six years i have only stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites locations when i travel. This was by far the worst of all of the locations I have stayed at. To start, the staff memeber that checked us in barely spoke to us. The room was very dirty, like visible dirst on things and the employees "cleaning" were literally cleaning the same room acoss from us for several house and clocking the entire hall. A vacuum sat in the same spot in the hall for our entrie stay from check in to check out.
The coffee station never seemed to be fully stocked and was always covered in dumped coffee, hot chocolate powder or sugar all over.
The doors did not latch on their own when closing, we had to make sure to give it an extra pull to latch it on ALL three room that my family members were in.
We arrive to breakfast 45 minutes after it started and although there was pelnty of food and the staff member was more that willing to help with anything we needed (by far the best employee we had contact with) everything was cold or hard, the toaster made the toast taste like copper (we tasted it before and after tasting and it WAS indeed caused by the toaster).
I am never one to expect perfection but qwith the rates these hotels charge these days, there were far too many things wrong at this location to not be frustrated.
