Nice hotel, good location in Casapulla. Housekeeping - top notch. Breakfast - average. Service desk - “hit or miss”. Some are great people and will try to help and accommodate to the best of their power and abilities. If you are from USA and meet Mara, you’ll end up in room 108, where the air conditioner doesn’t work properly, the fridge is just for decor (you can use it to “warm”things up if you want) during high 90deg weather and the shower doesn’t have a proper waterproof seal around the frame. We did complain, problem was assessed and never fixed. After numerous complaints we were - finally - given a more decent room where the fridge and AC were working. After we moved -sure enough - room 108 was passed (unfortunately) to other American tourist(s). For the seasoned traveler the hotel is definitely not a 4 stars (except the price). A 2 star rating is already too much based on my personal experience. That is not the way to start a vacation that you planned for the past 20 years. And first impression does count….

Hotel Reggia is a rather small, but extremely friendly hotel in Caserta. I have been there many times. The rooms are big enough with very good shower and above all clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is with a lot of variaty. In short, I can recommend this hotel for business or maybe a few nights if you visit the region (Napels) for a city trip.

D E L U D E N T E!!! Non è un hotel a 4 stelle, struttura e colazione scarsa che viene consumata attigua alla reception , e se ti presenti alle 9.00 di mattina è già quasi tutto finito!! Sui tavoli nemmeno una tovaglia o tovagliette all' americana (non è igienico). Armadio senza ante e senza una cassettiera con sole 2 grucce appese. Non lo consiglio!!

pernottamento solo una notte. Accogliente e personale disponibile. Ottima pulizia generale delle stanze e delle aree comuni. I nostri amici a 4 zampe sono stati ben accolti ed avuto un kit di benvenuto. La quota dei cani viene donata.... Bravissimi. Non do 5 per la colazione, prodotti buoni ma forse poca scelta nel salato. Io che amo le uova vedere le uova ad occhio di bue stracotti e non avere le uova strapazzate sono rimasto un po deluso.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o necessità. Le camere pulitissime con doccia molto ampia. Stanza ristrutturata di recente con ogni confort e un sacco di prodotti per il beauty (oltre alle solite cuffie c'erano kit per la depilazione barba, dischetti per struccare, lima unghie, spazzolino e dentifricio monouso). La colazione vi sorprenderà perché troverete un sacco di varietà ma soprattutto tutto di alta qualità, dalle torte alle crostate a piccoli mignon tipici di Caserta (sfogliatine) per poi passare alle mozzarelline e al succo di arancia veramente ottimo! Insomma, un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere prima possibile!

wifi non funzionante, porta del balcone della camera rotta, odore in camera poco gradevole , penso di aver detto tutto! non è assolutamente classificabile come hotel 4 stelle.Non ritornerei e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.
