Nice hotel, good location in Casapulla. Housekeeping - top notch. Breakfast - average. Service desk - “hit or miss”. Some are great people and will try to help and accommodate to the best of their power and abilities. If you are from USA and meet Mara, you’ll end up in room 108, where the air conditioner doesn’t work properly, the fridge is just for decor (you can use it to “warm”things up if you want) during high 90deg weather and the shower doesn’t have a proper waterproof seal around the frame. We did complain, problem was assessed and never fixed. After numerous complaints we were - finally - given a more decent room where the fridge and AC were working. After we moved -sure enough - room 108 was passed (unfortunately) to other American tourist(s). For the seasoned traveler the hotel is definitely not a 4 stars (except the price). A 2 star rating is already too much based on my personal experience. That is not the way to start a vacation that you planned for the past 20 years. And first impression does count….

Hotel Reggia is a rather small, but extremely friendly hotel in Caserta. I have been there many times. The rooms are big enough with very good shower and above all clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is with a lot of variaty. In short, I can recommend this hotel for business or maybe a few nights if you visit the region (Napels) for a city trip.

D E L U D E N T E!!! Non è un hotel a 4 stelle, struttura e colazione scarsa che viene consumata attigua alla reception , e se ti presenti alle 9.00 di mattina è già quasi tutto finito!! Sui tavoli nemmeno una tovaglia o tovagliette all' americana (non è igienico). Armadio senza ante e senza una cassettiera con sole 2 grucce appese. Non lo consiglio!!

Hotel molto pulito ed ordinato, molta cura nella pulizia delle camere e nelle parti comuni. Ottima e curata l'offerta della colazione con ampia ed abbondante offerta di prodotti sia salati che dolci. Personale attento e disponibile, alla reception sia diurna che notturna ho trovato personale simpatico ed educatissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Reggia Suite Spa Hotel con tutta la famiglia. Le camere erano spaziose e ben attrezzate, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata alla scoperta della Reggia. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e noi genitori abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità della struttura. La colazione era ricca e varia, con tante opzioni per tutti i gusti. Sicuramente torneremo!

Tutto perfetto, dall'arrivo alla partenza. Colazione salata (che preferisco) fornitissima, mai trovata così. Di sera abbiamo preso un aperitivo in camera con il tagliere stupendo. Ci tornerò presto, magari per la Suite con la Vasca idromassaggio che ho visto nelle foto e che mi hanno fatto vedere i ragazzi della reception quando siamo arrivati

Siamo stati in questo albergo qualche settimana fa, e che dire… un’esperienza terribile. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza tramite Booking, dove le foto non rispecchiavano assolutamente la realtà della camera che abbiamo scelto; nelle foto e nella descrizione garantivano tv a schermo piatto, quindi la presenza di Netflix, la stanza di 25 m2 era praticamente la metà per non parlare del letto duro e scomodissimo. Appena arrivati abbiamo deciso di farlo presente alla reception, la quale ci ha riferito che la camera che in realtà avevamo prenotato non era disponibile in quel momento. Di conseguenza, abbiamo comunicato la volontà di andar via (la stanza é stata aperta, vista e chiusa, quindi come ci è stata presentata, così è stata lasciata) e qui VIENE IL BELLO. Parlando con la reception, ci hanno detto che ovviare al malinteso, saremmo stati contattati dalla direzione, in quanto loro non avrebbero potuto provvedere ad alcun rimborso, in quanto la camera risultava sporca su Booking (😂). Ci hanno chiesto di lasciare un recapito e ci hanno riferito che ci avrebbero contattato loro. Ovviamente ciò non è mai accaduto. Quindi assolutamente SCONSIGLIATO, sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Prenotato. Per in esigenze improvvisa ,nella ricerca tra tanti optò per il Reggia suite oltre ogni aspettativa e mie pretese sono rimasto molto sorpreso dall’accoglienza alla colazione (sorridente bravissima e cordiale ASSUNTA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
