Hotel Oasi Castiglione

Beautiful place and the corner of the sea where the structure is located. Too bad, however, that the services are completely absent. At 18:00 EVERYTHING CLOSES. The spa park closes (at 6 pm even the lifeguard passes by to close the umbrellas even for those staying in the hotel); the pool bar closes; the hotel restaurant closes, which - in reality - is only open during the day, self-service. At 8 pm the reception also closes. When I booked I was assured that inside the park there is the "Guarracino" restaurant (which is not of the structure!) Which I could rely on for the evening dinner, both in half board and à la carte formula. Unfortunately, however, there are very few places reserved at the Hotel and therefore upon arrival I had the nasty surprise that for the whole week there was no longer availability for dinner. Therefore from 18:00 onwards I found myself having only one room available and nothing more inside a park where everything is closed. After a few days I was told that there is a bar always open from 20 onwards (Ulysses) but it is completely out of stock (not even ice cream and / or chips) and the barman has to perform the double function of serving the "bar" and send the funicular back and forth. So I leave you to imagine the level of service of the "bar", certainly inadequate for a structure that claims to have 4 stars. Because of all this I can say that my vacation was totally ruined because I found myself spending a different type of stay than the one I had bought and that I could have simply by renting an apartment, spending a lot less.

Abbiamo trascorso quasi una settimana in questa stupenda struttura. La camera spaziosa e pulita, con un bagno moderno, dotata di un terrazzo privato. Le pietanze al ristorante erano squisite e cucinate al momento! E poi le terme: molteplici e pulitissime! Indimenticabili! Con un mare incontaminato! Da consigliare!
