For the price it’s tired and dated. When you stay at the hotel you don’t get swimming towels so you need to bring your own or pay £5 and if it gets dirty or wet in rain you pay £5 to change it. They allocate seating so you are restricted to where you sit even though you want to move around d to different pools.

Don’t stay here for the rooms. But stay here for access to ten thermal pools that are well maintained. We stayed for an afternoon and a full day and this was all included in the price of €131 including the room. Prices are slightly high but usual for Ischia. We ate in their restaurant which has spectacular views over the sea. Slightly unusual service as we weren’t allowed to order A’la carte. Breakfast at €10 was good value given the number of cappuccino we had. One slightly unusual thing was when we didn’t sit on our pre booked sun-bed as we wanted to use a different pool for an hour. Given there were maybe 30 beds and nobody there, we were surprised to be told that we couldn’t sit there. Why? Last note. Go mid week out of school holidays as you get the place to yourself.

We spent almost a week in this wonderful property. The spacious and clean room, with a modern bathroom, equipped with a private terrace. The dishes at the restaurant were delicious and freshly cooked! And then the spas: multiple and very clean! Unforgettable! With an uncontaminated sea! To be recommended!

The structure is obviously a little dated, but it has certainly been renovated and kept very well. The view from any point of the structure is breathtaking, the pools clean and very nice, as is the room where we stayed with a beautiful terrace with a view. Special mention for the staff, one of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met. Everyone was very kind, smiling and helpful, from the guys at the reception, to the lifeguards, to the girl who looked after our room. Well done!

On the advice of a friend I spent a weekend in May with my family at the Castiglione di Ischia spa staying at the Oasi hotel. The stay exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a Junior Suite, very comfortable even for 4 people and with a small terrace with an enchanting view. The 10 thermal water pools with different temperatures are set in a perfectly cared for garden. So from the point of view of the rooms and the spa park everything was perfect, but what struck me most was the kindness and courtesy of all the staff, from the receptionists, to the waiters of the Sibilla restaurant, to the boy who operated the small funicular; everyone always attentive to every request and with a smile on their faces, a true example of hospitality. Then the dinners at the Sibilla Restaurant were applauded (I was on half board). Dishes that are never banal and well presented, dishes from a starred restaurant. Finally, a special thank you goes to the waiters at Sibilla, who with infinite patience fulfilled my daughter's food requests. In short, for me, top marks for the structure, an experience that I will certainly repeat as soon as possible.

Always beautiful park, but terrible environment, non-existent controls on the swimming pools, it has been slightly abandoned... the sea and access are good... normal prices €24/30, the only convenience is parking included. accessible bar

I stayed at this hotel the last week of July. My partner and I chose the room with the garden and sea view which directly overlooks the spa complex. The staff is courteous and prepared. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The garden also features a small table and deck chairs, very comfortable for resting, sunbathing or watching the stars in the evening. The spa program is extremely well looked after: we had access to the use of around ten swimming pools included in the price of the hotel, and at check-in they assigned us two sunbeds and an umbrella for our entire stay. We had a great time, the holiday was regenerating and relaxing, just what we needed after a period of great stress!
