At the Hotel Italia in Casamicciola I found friendly, welcoming and professional staff, who were also very attentive to any requests or needs of customers. Very clean room, more than spacious, also with Sky TV. Very large terrace with table, chairs and a comfortable drying rack. Good and varied breakfast, served until 10.30am so you can truly relax, with fresh, quality products, artisan donuts and homemade bread included. Excellent cappuccino and espresso served by the barman and not the "swill" from an automatic machine. The bus stop is located in front of the hotel entrance but for those who love walking it is the ideal place because it can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot from the center and the port, walking along the seafront with a wide, easy and flat pavement, leaving fascinated by the landscape and its colors. The structure is beautiful and renovated. The gem: at breakfast I asked for honey, they told me it was out of stock, obviously I said it didn't do anything and instead they made sure to go and buy it immediately! I didn't use the swimming pool just because the sky was cloudy and the air was a little chilly, but it was still a beautiful weekend, thanks also to the commitment of all the staff. Good quality/price ratio. Advised.

Delightful little hotel just renovated in typical Mediterranean style. Spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Staff at the level of an extra luxury 5 star. Located practically on the sea. And there is also free parking! Everything perfect, congratulations!

The only solution provided was to eat in a room of the hotel even though the cooking was always done in the same place. We refused and had to dine outside. Stay wasted by this hotel

The swimming pool is a green paddling pool, the half board is not good. The reservation of dishes is made in the morning on a short list and you eat cold with slow service. The dishes are lukewarm at best. The rooms are OK but the toilets leak. When reported, the proposed remedy is to close the bathroom door.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night and we were lucky! The only positive thing I can say is the excellent air conditioning in the room, otherwise it's a shame! We start at check out with a gentleman, I think the Manager, who took him 1 hour to assign us the room! Absolutely incompetent! All this without air conditioning either in the reception or in the breakfast room! The breakfast leaves something to be desired! Few products and even poor ones! Only one poor girl served coffee and cappuccinos and the rest were undrinkable! For me they should review everything and above all the prices and for what you offer you are also very expensive! Never again!
