I totally recommend the Rama palace hotel. My daughter, my husband, and I had an excellent time there we stayed there last week from August 2 to August 5. The manager is incredibly friendly, and the service at the restaurant ( Luna Rosa) is amazing. Everybody makes our time there awesome. We reserve the room for two nights and we decided to stay one more night because of the way they treated us. I didn't ask the name of the ladies in the restaurant, if not I would name them. The rooms are very clean and smell pretty good, and the bed is comfortable. We were in other hotels in Italy on this trip, and I can say, where we were very welcome was here at Rama Palace.

I only slept one evening in this hotel. Top staff, truly courteous, helpful and always with a big smile. A true example of professionalism!! Good structure with attached parking (not very large), I would check the showers again because they are now old. Good breakfast but I would add some local products...

Hotel in need of renovation, rooms not equivalent to the 4 star category! Fair cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, bathrooms to be redone. Breakfast not received! I don't think we will return, also because the price is expensive compared to the real category it belongs to

Large room, well equipped with mini bar and flat TV with Sky, dressing area with open wardrobe, large mirror and pouf for placing suitcases. Large and clean bathroom. Equipped habitable balcony. Friendly staff, very helpful. Adequate buffet breakfast. I like the Luna Rossa restaurant both for the dishes, for the staff, for the service and for the furnishings. Served in the connections and in the surrounding shops useful when travelling.

Ok the strategic position, ok the friendliness, ok the availability but honestly receiving a completely dirty room is absurd. Dust and hair everywhere, toothpaste on the sink, soap on the used bidet, left open. I don't understand the 4 star theory but take care of the cleanliness of the rooms because that way it's embarrassing!!
