As soon as I arrived I noticed that the toilet seat was moving a lot because it wasn't fixed. So I went down to reception and asked if they would kindly change my room, and they told me they were fully booked. In the meantime I went to have dinner asking if they could fix it... but when I returned I was told by the receptionist that it wasn't possible.
But when I arrived it was full of people checking in, so if they wanted they could change my room...
When I used the sink I had other unpleasant surprises as it was clogged and wouldn't drain, and the shower also had little pressure.
Under the bed there were flakes of dust, I mention them because I dropped something and that's the only reason I noticed it.
In this regard, I think that the cleaning ladies must report when something is wrong or broken so that these very unpleasant situations that make the desire to return do not occur.

Nice hotel in the small town, but very close by car to Treviso, Jesolo (great sandy beach) and Venice. Rooms clean. Very tasty breakfasts. Friendly for gluten - alergic persons. Next to supermarket and fine restaurants.

An excellent hotel structure, I went to see wonderful places, but, after a few days, I stay in the hotel, where I finally relax, silence and peace; wonderful bed, I felt refreshed and I thank the director Andrea, followed by Margherita, Alessandrina and Elisa who made me feel at home. everything was excellent

Excellent property in a strategic position, about 7 minutes walk from the train station, very quiet area with various shops and supermarkets. Warm welcome from extremely friendly staff. Abundant breakfast with excellent products.
