We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stayhere Casablanca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. She was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Achraf the manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as guests. Their proactive approach to customer service and willingness to accommodate special requests truly set this property apart. Even Mehdi made an impression with his cheerful demeanor and swift assistance with our luggage. He ensured we settled into our room seamlessly and was always ready to lend a helping hand. The consistent excellent service from every member of the staff turned our stay into a memorable experience. We would highly recommend Stayhere Casablanca to anyone seeking comfort, care, and top-tier hospitality. This is a hotel that truly knows how to make its guests feel special.

The room facilities are old, similar to the level of foreign-related hotels in China in the 1990s, but overall it is quite clean. The view outside the window is somewhat different from the promotional picture. It is recommended to choose the best room or make a request at the front desk. The omelet and pancakes for breakfast are delicious. There are few parking spaces at the door, but the doorman will help you park nearby for free, just give a tip. The front desk requires a credit card deposit, which is the only requirement during the trip to Morocco, and it has not been settled after two weeks.

The hotel service is very good, especially the desserts are delicious. The hotel's wireless is a little bit bad, but everything else is quite satisfactory. The breakfast is also good, but there is no hot milk.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with polite and respectful staff. Conveniently situated between the airport and Casablanca, it offers an excellent location for travel to Rabat, Marrakech, or the airport. The restaurant not only serves delightful Moroccan cuisine, including salads and desserts, but also features Moroccan music, enhancing the dining experience.

I booked the hotel through Ctrip, but I found out when I got there that Ctrip was also booked through ***********, which is more expensive than booking. I will still book through *********** next time I go abroad, because foreigners don't know Ctrip at all. The hotel is not very clean. The wash basin in the bathroom is too dirty and the water is not flowing smoothly. I can only brush my teeth and wash my face in the sink in the small kitchen. The front desk is not bad. We drove by ourselves, which is quite convenient.
