Advantages: The view is very good. Just a few steps to the Hassan II Mosque. There is not much to eat nearby (refers to international diet). Cons: The room does not provide any water. Thieves noisy at night! ! ! ! ! ! Close to the main road, so it is all the noise of motorcycle racing at night.

Great location, close to the city center, but parking was a bit inconvenient. It's an apartment-style suite.

For a Novotel hotel, customer care and services were relatively poor. Location is great and walkable to old Town. Reception customer service was very bad in a shabby dark corner of the arrival lobby. No excitement and no welcoming feeling at all. Overall, it is just ok. Room is small but good views perhaps. Amenities are not enough.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay. The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch. The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience. This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

In my opinion, the best apartments I took in Morocco. New house, 24-hour security, clean apartments, there are everything for accommodation, comfortable bed, quietly and qualitatively working central air conditioning. To the beach 30 minutes walk, on the next street a small carrefour. There weren't enough spoons of dishes. Otherwise, great!

The hotel chain brand is guaranteed. The terrace restaurant is so charming that you won't get tired of eating there for two nights! The environment is extremely chic, with a gentle breeze and soft lighting, whether it is sunset or night view, it is full of romance. The food is also amazing, from appetizers to desserts, they are all exquisite and delicious. The waiters are friendly and professional, and the details show the texture. It is definitely a rare cozy corner in the city, and it is worth planning a dinner trip for it!

The location is quite central with walking distance to tram stations. It is located near to the train station- Casa Voyagers as well. We are allowed to store our luggage first as we arrived earlier. The overall services are great and the hotel breakfast is quite ok.

Very nice staying at this hotel with a very close distance to Masjid Hassan II and the Casablanca souks and medina. Thumbs up to the helpful staff.

The hotel looks nice, elegant and quiet from the outside, but the environment in front of the door is not good because the road is being repaired, but parking is available. The room is of moderate size and the bathroom is relatively large, but the water for showering was not hot on the first day. It was raining and the temperature was about 15°, which was a bit cold. The air conditioner in the room did not have a heating function. The next day, I added a quilt and took a shower in advance. The water was hot. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, milk, boiled eggs, bread, tortillas, etc. What you pay when you arrive at the store is the city fee, which is charged per person and is much higher than the amount indicated by xc. You ask for the payment receipt and pay xc. You get compensation for the overpaid money from xc. Like it. Overall, this hotel is clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high. Carrefour Supermarket is 5 minutes away from the hotel and Xinlongmen Chinese Restaurant is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. The Hassan II Mosque is worth seeing in this city.

The shower capacity is not large enough to support shampoo and bath, others are perfect, service and environment, opposite the Carrefour door 300 meters is the bus to any tourist attractions
