"Hotel service is very good, the front desk is warm and patient. The rooms are clean and well equipped. It’s just that the shower is not too good, too high, the water is not concentrated enough, the water runs out of the bathroom door, there is no sewer outside, and the socks that go to the bathroom are wet. The breakfast is too simple, and it is better to give some vegetables. In short, I am very happy to stay at this hotel, I look forward to seeing you next time."
"I like this hotel very much. The location is right by the sea in Casablanca. I can also see the Atlantic coast when I stay in the hotel. I can wear a personal trailer to the beach at any time. Tell the local driver the name of the hotel, basically know this one.
There are McDonald's and many seafood shops opposite the hotel. If you have a good breakfast, there is a local breakfast shop at the entrance of the hotel, you can watch the beach. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to see the city attractions and it is not expensive.
On the first day, I walked along the beach for an hour. I accidentally found a shopping mall. I bought a mobile phone card and it was convenient to shop.
The hotel staff was very welcoming, the service was very good and the room was very clean. I don't know why there are not many Chinese tourists, but I can also experience more local customs."
"L'hôtel bien qu'un peu suranné est confortable, très bien placé, pas cher et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour."

"The hotel is in a good location, with a subway station just outside and many bus stops nearby. It is very convenient to take the bus from the airport without having to change buses. We chose it as we had to stay overnight in Lisbon before changing planes and it was a good choice. Although the interior is not new, it has everything it should have. The front desk downstairs is also friendly. The elevator is a bit small, but it seems that this is the case here. I don't know what it will be like during the peak tourist season. It was very quiet when I checked in at this time. I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. In short, I am quite satisfied with its cost-effectiveness."
"The baggage man was very enthusiastic to carry the luggage into the room. They also parked the car in the underground garage. I went down to smoke in the middle of the night. The black security guard was on duty. It felt very safe. The breakfast was good. The view room on the 17th floor gave you a view of the Hassan II Mosque and the seaside. The night view of Casablanca is beautiful"
"The one next to the road is noisy, but the one next to the garden is very quiet. The hotel is very high-end, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive."
"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stayhere Casablanca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff was evident.
Salma deserves special mention for her warm welcome and efficient check-in process. She was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.
Achraf the manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as guests. Their proactive approach to customer service and willingness to accommodate special requests truly set this property apart.
Even Mehdi made an impression with his cheerful demeanor and swift assistance with our luggage. He ensured we settled into our room seamlessly and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
The consistent excellent service from every member of the staff turned our stay into a memorable experience. We would highly recommend Stayhere Casablanca to anyone seeking comfort, care, and top-tier hospitality. This is a hotel that truly knows how to make its guests feel special."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room facilities are old, similar to the level of foreign-related hotels in China in the 1990s, but overall it is quite clean. The view outside the window is somewhat different from the promotional picture. It is recommended to choose the best room or make a request at the front desk. The omelet and pancakes for breakfast are delicious. There are few parking spaces at the door, but the doorman will help you park nearby for free, just give a tip. The front desk requires a credit card deposit, which is the only requirement during the trip to Morocco, and it has not been settled after two weeks.
MMary MollyI had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay.
The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air.
Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch.
The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience.
This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

GGuest UserThere are total 4 of us staying in the Riad for 3 nights.
Myself and my boyfriend room is at the 2nd floor
2 of our friends are at the ground floor next to the “living” area.
The Riad is located near the Main Street and it is very easy to find and navigate. Great location !
Inside the Riad it is nicely decorated too.
1. The room is huge and nicely decorated , clean
2. Staffs are very friendly and with minimal charges they will get the clothes washed too
3. Heater works very well
4. The breakfast was nothing special usually it comes with eggs and multiple choices of local breads and sweets with coffee and tea
5. They are very accommodating to our friends’ request to change to another room too
Point to note :
The shower and toilet are combined so the floor get wet after each shower
Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to other travellers too.
TTiago FernandoWell-located hotel. We only used it for an overnight stay on a connecting flight to RAM. The staff was very attentive upon our arrival.
The room is great. The TV is large and has a good selection of channels. I will definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserIt was a very good accommodation experience. I chose a hotel by the sea. You can reach the seaside through the walkway on the ground floor and enjoy the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Next to it is a Turkish restaurant and a large supermarket.
DDeepakThis was formerly called Business Hotel so many taxi drivers did recognise the name of Best Western Plus. The website said it has a gym but there wasn't one. Room was pleasant and the Service was fine.
WWeizhexinWhat is a female driver? The fourth uncle used to drive quickly and look at the mouthwash at the exit. Brother, brother, hurry up, cocoa, cocoa.

GGuest UserMy room didn't make a good impression on me upon entering: a little cramped, with the bathroom (though new and absolutely decent) located in the corner at the entrance and with a brown carpet that objectively gives the impression of being old and shabby. I don't know if you can find better things at that price. However the staff was very kind and they kept my suitcase for me until the afternoon. It is right next to the Casa-Voyageur railway station from which you can easily go to the airport with an hourly train for 50 dirhams.
