I booked a surprise getaway to Casablanca for my boyfriend’s birthday which was ruined by the hotel. Upon first arrival, the hotel is further away from the landmarks and train station than initially thought - around 25 min walk from the train station. When we entered the room the bedroom seemed nice, clean and modern. When entering the bathroom the towel rail fell off the wall and hit my partner on the head. The shower was broken and water came from a small part of the shower at an incredibly slow pace. The balcony doors do not fully shut and the hotel is on a main road so constantly busy with traffic sounds all throughout the night and the rooms are incredibly cold. The curtains also didn’t properly fit the balcony doors so there was no way of making the room dark. To top it all off, I was told by the staff that I had booked a transfer to RAK airport for 450dhs only to find out that they were ‘unsure who had said this’ and would not honour this they instead said we could get a taxi for 2000dhs. We checked out of the hotel early and will not be returning. We expressed our complaints to the front desk staff who called a manager to come and speak to us but she said she would not come downstairs to speak with us. Terrible hotel, terrible management and whoever runs the *********** page ruined our holiday.

Having seen the reviews and photos from previously, I can say this was based on the old interior design and it looks to me a lot has changed. I'm also guessing the staff has changed as we had a lovely host on reception. We only stayed one night in mid August. We were told of paying a slightly higher rate than what I had reserved. I mentioned it to the man on reception who without hesiatation, rang management and gave us the room at the rate I had seen originally. We were offered a room with a double and single bed or the one I had reserved - 3 single beds. We chose the latter as we just liked it better, after they kindly offered to show us both. There was a balcony which was a bonus. The room came with a mini fridge and I think a safe too. Complimentary toiletries were provided too. However the telephone didn't work and the room needed more USB ports/electrical switches. We weren't provided slippers as shown on their photos. It was a buffet breakfast and therefore plenty of choices. The staff there were polite and friendly. The hotel is opposite a supermarket which is very useful. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but I would recommend staying at this hotel. My son loved it. The reception area is nice and they hold luggage for you too.

Dilapidated hotel.. go and check before saying it's a 4 star.. the shower leaves a lot to be desired less than 20 cm without a door, dirty and outside full of pigeons the balcony is the right place to catch a nice illness.. I also have to spend two hundred letters to leave the review

Review It was the worst hotel experience. Dirty hotel with pigeon feathers in the room, dirty bathroom and under renovation, NOT SAFE (photo below), in a terrible area, with reception staff, the blond boy with glasses, really rude. He treated us with disdain/snobbishness and presumption when we arrived, without explaining anything to us (breakfast times for example). Furthermore, when I asked for explanations regarding a lamp in the room with exposed electrical wires, he was unable to make a decision and change our room. The French window on the balcony was broken and unsafe, to my complaint the blond boy with glasses at the reception responded to me by saying that it was "safe" and also making heavy and ****** insinuations regarding the fact that we were not in Naples in Italy, miming that people are shot in Naples. I would like to point out that in Casablanca, despite the "safe" city, our cell phone had just been stolen. My fiancé and I are Italian and I can assure anyone that Naples is absolutely not as described by the gentleman with obvious problems of prejudice towards Naples and Italians. Furthermore, the nice and kind gentleman snatched the room card from my hand. What else can we say, as great gentlemen we paid for the room the next morning also for the agreed nights and left! Furthermore, payment by debit card was not possible. Is everything ok with Booking??? The photos on Booking/Tripadvisor are really misleading, it is absolutely not as shown. Not recommended

Les chambres notamment la 105 La fenêtre ne joint pas,grand espace en haut donc bruits de la rue,bar animé ou boite de nuit,je n ai pas été voir. Pas très propre La salle de bain wc qui bouge,lavabo avec cheveux,sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas….. Petit déjeuner pas prêt à l heure d’ ouverture Wc hall d accueil très sale Le personnel sympathique pas de possibilité pour payer en carte à l arrivée Le personnel a appelé un taxi pour nous emmener au restaurant sauf que celui ci nous a conduit ailleurs pas à l endroit voulu Bref pas une bonne expérience
