The hotel has a free car park, close to city Center and supermarket. The room service is excellent especially the tagine fish.

I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right

Clean room, very close to fish market

The surroundings of the hotel are in shabby condition. The interior decoration of the hotel is relatively new. There is no water-proof door in the bathroom. After taking a shower, the entire basin floor will get wet.

The lobby was under renovation when I checked in, and it was a mess. No one answered the phone when I called the front desk. The service was not up to par.

The hotel is not as good as Atour in China in terms of service, environment and facilities. We booked a room for 1800 yuan a night, but found that it was not as good as the 500 yuan hotels in the surrounding area. The parking lot is underground, like a vegetable cellar, there is no elevator, it is dirty and messy. Domestic compatriots should not step into the trap again.

It doesn't meet the five-star standard at all, just like a budget hotel

The price of this hotel is similar to that of the nearby Marriott Hyatt, but the service is very poor, very poor, very poor. The **** pulled by the front desk was the same. It was not possible to check in a little earlier. Moreover, the hotel tax on Ctrip was listed as 78 dirhams, but it turned out that I had to pay 400 dirhams. It was really baffling. I had a stalemate at the front desk for a long time, but Ctrip later compensated me. The room napkins were not replenished the next day after they were used up.

The attitude of the staff is very poor, not friendly to the Chinese, the room service price is more expensive than the hotel of the same type, it is not recommended to stay.

Would stay again. Very close to a full supermarket. Walking distance to Edina. Biggest negative was shower constantly oscillated between hot and cold. It was fine but youd just get a half second blast of cold every few seconds.

The toilet felt like it was about to fall off the wall; we had a temporary fix with a block fitted underneath to stop it dropping any further but the leak on the floor was never addressed.

The receptionist was incredibly slow, unhelpful and tried to fob me off with a different room than I’d paid in advance for. After 25minutes he gave me the room I’d paid for. Service through the stay was extremely slow from almost all of the staff, some were rude with limited manners. Cleaning up whilst I was eating, moving me to one side at one point during breakfast. The service was just about the worst I’ve seen from an international hotel like Blu Raddison. To avoid the dreadful service downstairs I ordered room service and they did not pick up the phone so I had to go down and order. It took 50 minutes to deliver a cold burger and chips. Truly awful. I won’t be staying again.
