The room was very spacious and clean. There was a gap in the shower door, so the bathroom flooded. The woman at the front desk was very helpful.

It was my first time in Morocco. I looked at many hotels online and finally chose Gray Boutique Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, the room rate was great, and the service attitude was good. It is worth staying again when you come to Morocco.

The room is big but the bathroom is poor and the drainage is not smooth. The breakfast is small and there are few types, but there are macarons.

Reasonable value but it's a bit tired. Lack of attention to detail. No batteries in remote, hairdryer not working, gym machines not working. A comfortable bed though. Friendly staff. It would rate as a Star hotel elsewhere.

This hotel was OK. On the plus side, my room was VERY large and quiet so I got a lot of sleep after a long transatlantic flight. The air conditioning was good. The front desk attendees were friendly and the breakfast was decent. However, the hotel could be anywhere in the world and doesn't feel at all Moroccan. The facade is somewhat dismal. And there is not much around the neighborhood - it doesn't feel central to anything.
