I took this hotel to spend the night after my arrival. I can’t say anything bad, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, we checked in after 01:00 at night without any problems. Breakfast is a buffet, you won't leave hungry.

Don’t ever bother to look at this place. It’s basically a dump. The check in was a prolonged affair and the receptionists doesn’t seem to know, what she was doing. Took nearly 30 mins for the check in process. After a horrifying check in process, was allotted Room 602 where the AC wasn’t working. On complaining several times about the non-functional AC, they bought a water cooler. In fact, the room was hotter than outside. Later they changed my room after several visits to the reception and after subsequent harassment to this room (Room 107) (pictured here), which doesn’t even fit a single star hotel. And they are charging USD 100 per night. Never ever, I am going to recommend this dump which they call it a 4-STAR HOTEL. I would also request the tour agents to boycott this place, so that they learn a lesson as to how to run a hospitality business.

Completely underwhelming experience. The hotels location is wedged in a narrow and busy road in a subpar area of town. You can hear the loud echo of cars honking, dogs barking, and people arguing all night long with the location and paper thin walls. The staff were not helpful or friendly at all. We arrived early and asked if we could check in early, they told us 15 minutes; it was 4 hours. We also asked the front desk for any recommendations of sights or restaurants in the area and they said they didn’t know and then walked away. The buffet was cold or and not restocked for both breakfast and dinner. They also have a drink trolley they bring around at dinner, which they do not tell you is an additional cost until you’ve finished your meal, then they hound you at the end of your meal to pay for your drinks, which supposedly you could only pay in cash in dirhams or euros only, and was angry when we said we had to get it from our room as we were not aware there was a charge. The drink charge was about 3-5 euros a drink!! I would recommend staying anywhere but here.

We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was comfortable, clean and pleasant. The room was nice and dinner was good although delayed because of Ramadan. The dining room was busy and noisy but the buffet food was good and plentiful. Breakfast was also good and varied. Whilst they did not serve any alcoholic drinks because of Ramadan, they recommended a hotel nearby that did! Rooms were quiet and comfortable and there was a hospitality tray provided and complimentary water!

We stayed at the hotel for one day and found our stay to be underwhelming. Here's a list of problems we encountered during our stay: 1. **Reception is Short-Staffed**: There was only one person at the reception, which meant we had to wait quite a while to get assistance. 2. **Non-Functional AC**: Upon entering our room, we discovered the AC was broken, which made the room smell due to the lack of ventilation. It seemed as if the room hadn't been cleaned properly since the hotel opened. We contacted the reception for a technician but didn't receive a response until an hour later, by which time we were suffocating in the room. 3. **Insufficient Elevator Service**: The hotel doesn't have enough elevators for the guests, and the ones they do have are somewhat broken.

We stayed here on a package tour of Morocco. It seems almost sacrilegious to use the word ‘palace’ in the name of this hotel. The rooms, towels and bedding were fine. The food was cold and looked unappetising. Needless to say, we ate very little. At dinner, we watched the drinks waiter taking orders for drinks. He issued a receipt after collecting money from other guests. We ordered a black tea and it arrived in a miniature cup, he charged us 30 Dirhams and did not issue a receipt….. I can only guess that drinks stock is audited and teabags are not. I would not stay here again.

It‘s an ok place if you want to stay in the centre just for a few nights. All in all a bit clumsy, the pics on the web give a more spacious impression than it is in reality. The food preparation needs more attention, I rarely have seen basic ingredients being turned into a ruined dish, f.e. scrambled eggs at breakfast seemed to have not seen any heating at all…

The hotel room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a rainwater shower, would have liked a little hotter water though. The buffet was excellent, a large selection of delicious items. The staff kindly provided a breakfast bag for our very early departure.

Good business-style hotel in all particulars - large clean room and bathroom with a lovely deck off the room, excellent breakfast buffet, etc. But my experience at the hammam spa was so impressive that it took it from a very pleasant to a wonderful experience.
