Brand new hotel and super chic. Awesome view from the rooftop. Great location (right next to a nice park) Room was stylish. However no amenities (not even slipper, toothbrush). Overall it’s very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely book again.

The stay would have been better if we weren't moved to a new room mid trip. The mix up was time consuming and a pain to deal with. We stayed here in July 2024. The group we were with had reserved our room, however we extended our stay for a few additional days. This was a headache, because after we got back from our excursion we were told that the hotel staff moved our luggage and belongings to a new room when our keys to the hotel didn't work in the elevator. That was a major issue, however it was just a miscommunication by the desk staff, our items had not actually been moved they were still in our original room. However, they didn't want to let us stay in our original room that we extended. They wanted to put us in a smaller room instead. That was unacceptable and led to an hour of back and forth with the staff when we just wanted to get into our room and shower so we could make our dinner reservation. We missed our reservation due to this and needed to figure out different dinner plans. Fortunately, we were able to reschedule dinner the following day. After the inconvenience and talks with the manager, we ended up staying in our original room our entire stay. Also, I was very taken by the quality of the bathrobe that this hotel had in the rooms (thee best hotel bathrobe that I have ever worn in all my travels!) So my fiancé bought me one during check out. It was an amazing gift! Overall, the boutique hotel was very modern and chic. I really liked the look and the cafe downstairs was nice. We had dinner at the restaurant upstairs during our stay as well and it was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

Loved staying at the Kaan Hotel prior to our Tour of Morocco starting. Beautifully decorated main area with great sitting areas, and our room was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone, fresh fruit , fresh bread , salad makings, quiche , eggs, cheese, sweets and fruit juices. Centrally located

Evrything at Movenpick hotel is perfectly organized !! Especiality proffesional Mrs Hajar guest relations. I can fully recommend this hotel for futhter visitators, all kind of organized group and for everyone who wants to enjoy business or vacation.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is newly renovated and the rooms are beautiful. The hotel staff are so friendly and really do all they can to help make your experience a great one. It was my first time in Morocco as a single female and I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The area is very quiet yet all the sites, including the old city, are all very walkable. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here.

Bravo ! Clean , modern , wonderful staff, an extra big thank you to Younes who went the extra mile in every possible way . Cocktails are great , food is wonderful, rooms are at a very fair price and beds super comfy , will definitely be coming back !
