Eurostars Casa Anfa

I stayed in this hotel for five nights. It was generally clean and relatively quiet. There were also many bad things. The building structure was not very reasonable. There were only two elevators. The rooms were distributed farther and farther away from the elevator. If you were unlucky, you would be assigned a room far from the elevator. Just leave. On the first night when I arrived at Casa, I stayed a little far from the elevator. Later, I stayed close to the elevator for three nights, but the bathroom light was broken. On the last night, I was assigned a far room again. Moreover, I booked a king-size bed room every night, but I was given a twin bed room on the last night. There were obviously many empty rooms, but they said there were no king-size beds and I couldn't change. I went to the top floor bar. My boyfriend went swimming, and I sat at the bar to wait for him. The waiter ignored me and didn't give me the menu. Although I didn't plan to order food, the service was really average. It only costs 50-60 mad to take a taxi to the casa voyagers train station. The front desk asked for 200 mad. Check-out is free before 13:00. If you want to refund at 14:00, you will be charged. Breakfast costs 150 mad per person. There are no hot dishes. Chinese people are not used to it. I will not book this hotel again. Casa is really dirty. Except for the taxi ride through the rich area, the streets are always chaotic, dusty and polluted. Especially when I took a taxi, I didn't know what it was. If it wasn't for the music festival, I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel for so long. Conclusion: I won't book it again.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the room with a broken bathroom light also had broken curtains, which were difficult to pull. Also, the towels in this hotel all had a strange smell, I don't know what it was, it smelled terrible.

Une des plus mauvaise expérience dans un hôtel au Maroc : ça démarre par vous dire nous n’avons pas de lit bébé, puis au bout de 10min ok on vous le ramène, je l’attends encore. Après on vous dit il faut vous prendre une pré-autorisation de 1000dhs, en fait ils la débitent. Le plus drôle est que quand j’ai voulu prendre un café, le serveur me dit que je n’ai pas d’autorisation sur mon compte, allez voir l’accueil. Passons sinon ce sera long. Le jour du check out, à l’accueil on voulait me faire payer les cafés au bar alors qu’on m’avait débité 1000dhs, quand je lui explique qu’on m’a débité de l’argent, en montrant mon compte bancaire, elle finit par me dire ah ok, alors on va vous rembourser, merci au revoir !!! Ça aurait pu finir comme ça, sauf que si vous avez le niveau 0 de manipulation du TPE, vous sauriez qu’il n’est pas possible de procéder à un remboursement sans carte physique, je commence à m’énerver et je lui envoie mon RIB, j’attends mon remboursement mais je peux vous dire que je ne vais pas lâcher. Fuyez ces escrocs ! Ah j’ai oublié : odeur pestilentielle dans la chambre (égouts) alors que le bâtiment est neuf

Excellent hôtel. Grande terrasse et grande chambre. Le parking est à 7 euros. Nous n'avons pas prix le petit déjeuner car trop cher. Très propre. Points négatifs: La piscine parait beaucoup plus grande sur les photos que dans la réalité. Pas de boissons alcoolisées y compris dans le bar.
