First, the hotel doesn’t have the essential equipment like an iron, a kettle, or even a towel hanger. Every time I want to ask for hot water, I call the restaurant to bring me a cup of hot water! For the iron, I requested it for three times but no response.
The safe closet is broken. The balcony doesn’t have a chair of coffee table.
However, the staff is friendly and the the location is fine.

The hotel is clean, rooms are descent except for small cupboard space. No coffee maker and no fridge ( mini bar). Good service and staff are professional. The problem was that we were charged 320DH for a modest breakfast. That’s nearly 50% the cost we paid for the double room. When I complained they explained that because I didn’t pay the supplement of 60dh when I booked the room, we now had to pay an exorbitant cost of 320dh, 260dh more.

Very cute hotel. Our room was modernly decorated, clean, and spacious with a nice size bathroom. The Breakfast buffet was really good with several delicious items such as cold meats, cheeses, fruit, and the most incredible array of loaves of bread. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend it.

Mourad made our stay so good he looked after us and made sure taxis and everyone were kind to us. He is a true hospitality king and we felt very safe with him. Thanks to the team for making us comfortable - thank you Casablanca. Make sure you head to the beach!

Chambre épurée mais propre. Situation géographique excellente. Nous étions proches des boutiques mais aussi de la plage et des émoluments à visiter. Restaurant agréable au rez de chaussée avec animation musicale. Staff très attentionné. Service professionnel. Des gérants efficaces. À découvrir absolument.

Superbe hôtel dans un Quartier calme mais bien placé. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. La chambre est propre. Le room service rapide et efficace. J'ai mis du linge à laver et à repasser qui est revenu le jour même. J'ai rencontré les managers qui ont été tres agreables .Je reviendrai.

C'était un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel ! Le service était excellent, les chambres étaient propres et confortables. Des bijoux disparus de la chambre après le passage du personnel de ménage... Le gérant me fait une piece de théâtre pour que je n’aille pas porter plainte. De ce que j’ai compris je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas.

Situé dans le quartier Gauthier, l’hôtel offre de très belles chambres spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées (manque toutefois un sèche-cheveux), à la décoration soignée. Le restaurant est splendide et le personnel aux petits soins … Très bel hôtel à un prix très abordable ! Je recommande !

L’hotel Gauthier est fantastiquement bien situé, en comparaison des grandes chaines qui sont plus proche du port. Le quartier abondent de jolis cafés, non loin du Sky28 (28e étage du Kenzi Hotel) pour y siroter quelques verres tout en panoramique de la ville. Mais l’hôtel Gauthier offre plus que des chambres très confortables (essayez la suite exécutive avec son spacieux balcon) et d’être bien situé: son resto bar, « le Patio », est très paisible. Dans une cours intérieure très botanisé et aux serveurs des plus aimables.
