I have been working and traveling and visiting many homestay and hotels , first time in my life see an home stay you made a reservation and paid money ,and after the whole day driving you come through the place to rest, they told can you go to our sisters hotels because our system can't accept guests after 6 pm and today manager off , and guess who say this the security.. that's rediciluce and so funny .. and he doesn't even call the other home stay to confirm ,he just sent us and said just go there you will find an appartement.. even though the price is different and we didn't get the price back...

I waited from 8 am to 10:30 am, but the front desk of this hotel was not open. I tried to call many times, but no one answered.
I just got off the plane and was very tired, so I planned to change hotels to cancel this one. I applied for cancellation at 9 o'clock and waited until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Finally, I was told that I could not cancel.
I think it is very unreasonable: when booking the hotel, I did not receive a reminder that I could not cancel

We stayed here two separate times during our trip to Morocco. Both times, the hotel was not ready for us at the listed check-in time and we had to wait a long time to get fully checked in. Both times, the rooms had no towels and we had to wait to get towels. They advertise that the rooms sleep four people (one bed and one sofa bed) but the sofa bed has no sheets or blankets. When we asked for sheets, they brought us fitted sheets and that was it. In one of our rooms, the toilet was attached lopsided to the wall and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t fully close. It was not an expensive place to stay, but even at the price we paid I felt it was too much. I would recommend paying more and getting a place that actually does the bare minimum you would expect from a hotel.

I arrived after a 7-hour international flight to find no one at the front desk, despite the listing stating staff would be available from 9 a.m. to midnight. The phone number on the listing didn't work, and I had nowhere to leave my luggage while I waited hours to be let in.
I was placed in a smaller room with water damage, not the deluxe room I had booked. When I raised this, the manager told me all rooms were the same — but when I returned days later to ask about my refund, he said he could have given me the biggest room if I had just waited two days. That was never communicated up front, and it felt dishonest and dismissive.
There was also a false claim that I hosted a local guest, which delayed my refund despite the manager later admitting it wasn't true.
The experience was frustrating and avoidable. I hope the hotel improves transparency and communication going forward.

Casablanca living.
Hello,
We spent 10 days in this apartment .location was good, next to tram, grocery stores, markets and restaurants. Achraf, our receptionist was also very attentive to our needs. The apartment needs some tlc but nothing major.
