I stayed at this hotel 2 times. Nice hotel.
Very convenient location: close to the cathedral and Mohammed V Square. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the ocean, but you immediately get to the embankment - there is a direct road leading there.
Polite staff. The room was clean.

The hotel is an old renovation with average facilities and low requirements for hygiene. The sheets have many stains! The service level is not high!

It is close to Mohammed V Square. There are Chinese Ramen Restaurant and Yamei Chinese Restaurant less than 10 minutes away. The front desk is quite enthusiastic, but there is a common characteristic of Moroccans taking advantage of it.
