The booking was faulty on their part (another couple also experienced this). The manager was rude, despite us showing they were wrong. No compensation or even apology. We were left to find a hostal to stay the night. The two days, we did get, were nice, with a nice room and nice pools. The restaurant served a dinner with a piece of plastic in it, which they replaced, but no other compensation. I would NOT recommend this place until they get their act together. They should get a new manager, wo understands customer service.

UNHEALTHY, ROOMS WITH MOSTS' NESTS. We gave a "Spa" day to a family of friends with their girls and unfortunately we have been greatly embarrassed by the level of deterioration of the hotel and its facilities; The rooms do not have AA but the problem was the mosquito nest they have due to poor maintenance, lack of fumigation, mold in the rooms that house HUNDREDS of mosquitoes, they could not handle the amount of pest that was in the place and had to leave the next day. We sent an email to complain and what they responded to us was that they were sorry and that they had gone to the reception to provide repellent. It is a serious health issue that they incurred and the hotel was not responsible. If you can't publish what happened, at least remove it from your page so that other families are not harmed.

We stopped for one night in winter and only slept because the pools were under maintenance. The hotel has potential but would need a modernization and deep cleaning! Be careful that unlike their website on third party booking sites, customers were not notified that the swimming pools were under maintenance and not accessible.

Well located hotel, and that, together with the attention of the staff, is the only redeeming feature. The facilities were not properly maintained, there was no good thermal insulation in the afternoon and evening, when it was really cold, the boilers did not work all the time and there was no other way to heat the rooms. The shower didn't give hot water, the doors were all swollen and didn't close, it was impossible to lock my door. Mosquitoes enter and there is no way to repel them. The biggest abuse was that 24 hours before my arrival they notified me by message that the heated pool is not working, which was one of the main reasons why I had chosen the place. And they do it late, when it was no longer feasible to cancel the reservation without having to pay. It seems like abuse to me, because it was not a new event, but that pool has been in the same conditions for months, as I was later able to review in the comments. The restaurant, on the other hand, offers a simple and boring breakfast that did not change in the 3 days I was there. The price paid for the precarious service they offer seems disproportionate to me. The menu is small but only pasta and risotto, totally inadequate. The hotel is called spa & wine, but they do not offer hotel robes, a wine list or courtesy upon entry. I definitely wouldn't go back and don't recommend it for any reason.

The hotel has a very nice but poorly maintained fracture, peeling walls and poor lighting. It has a heated pool that looks like a warm pool and the hotel in general is too cold for my taste. We are in the middle of winter and they cut off the heating during the day, getting to the room was like getting to an ice floe, and on top of that one of the heating panels doesn't work. The sheets are stained and the kitchen has schedules that don't suit me, we wanted to go eat something at 9 p.m. and it was closed. The truth is that for the value of the night the hotel is not worth it. I do not recommend it. And the wifi does not exist and the phone signal is bad.
