This resort has a locked gate and we weren’t certain if this was to keep people in or out. On entering the resort, the smell of brackish water was prevalent. The woman at the reception desk was curt and not welcoming. Our room as was 3-5 other rooms, mediocre without AC. There was one plastic table and two plastic chairs. We were unable to open a window as there were mosquitoes and flies with breaches in the screens. The shower head did not work the first night. There was NO room to put toiletries around the bathroom sink and one suitcase had to be on the floor The restaurant was lovely and the food very good. The wait staff was wonderful. We were with a small tour group and a few rooms were much better than ours. The swimming pool and grounds were suffering from attention they needed. This is not a four-star resort as advertised

The place smells horrible and it is full of mosquitoes, we were very disappointed!! The food they serve for breakfast was not fresh; the whole time we had the impression how overpriced this place is! We would advise to avoid this place, it was the worst accommodation we booked during our stay on Sicily…

The place somehow looks as on the pictures, but once you get there you will get overwhelmed by the terrible smell of sewage, which consequently attracts mosquitos and other bugs. No one warned us when we arrived, so we slept with an open window, to wake up in the middle of the night with more than 20 mosquitos in out room!! Needless to say we could not sleep at all! The staff serving breakfast was polite, they offer quite diverse meals, but the food is not fresh. Very low standards for a 4star hotel!

During our motorbike trip with friends we stayed overnight in this wonderful resort. Compliments to the staff, the welcome, the waiter, the breakfast which is excellent and very assorted, the rooms are very neat and clean, I recommend it to everyone

The Resort is well organized in its main functions, comfortable, clean and well air-conditioned rooms. However, the catering service for the half board service needs to be improved. The biggest problem is certainly represented by the notable presence of algae on the private beach and the ban on bathing on the neighboring stretch of beach, probably associated with the release of untreated domestic wastewater.

Stunning location, shame about the smell of waste in the sea and pool area. Very refined breakfast with fresh and local products. Very knowledgeable and friendly breakfast staff. Very quiet location and at the same time convenient for reaching the city center. Spacious room but slightly dated furnishings.

We stayed for 3 days in this property. The stay itself was peaceful and the staff was very kind and polite, but unfortunately the structure is not up to the category and price. The location is great if you want to explore the surroundings of Trapani by car. The structure is beautiful and very quiet, but once you leave the gate you are in the outskirts of Trapani/Erice, on one side there is the beach but on the other an industrial area. The things that bothered me the most besides the bees and the robes in the breakfast buffet were the additional costs of the pool and beach which among other things are not cleaned properly. Pool towels are subject to a fee (€5 each and with very limited pool access times). The property's private beach is reserved for customers, but if you want to use deckchairs and umbrellas you have to pay an additional €20 per day (excessive also considering the cost of the rooms!). Furthermore, the beach is not clean: in addition to Posidonia and algae (which one could say are left by the sea) there are pieces of plastic, butts and other rubbish, a sign that the beach is not raked properly and daily as befits a structure such. The same goes for the swimming pool where the seagulls (about ten) splash around freely and cleaning is limited to collecting the feathers that float once a day. Would you let your children bathe in us? A real shame that a facility of this level doesn't pay attention to proper cleaning! The rooms have some signs of wear, but minor sins.

Hotel to avoid at all costs. The city is terrible (except 3 streets in the city center). The area around the hotel is nothing other than a horrible, poorly finished industrial zone. The place is poorly maintained, the rooms are old and cold, poorly arranged. Even the sequel is terrible. Staff not welcoming or even aggressive. Yuck
