I was placed on the ground floor which could be very noisy for some people. Room was closed to house keeping, vending machine and other hotel function rooms.
If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to specifically ask for top floors and quite wing.
Location is 6 mins to Terminal 2, making it very convenient to go in and out to the airport.

Staff greeted us and check in was quick and easy. Loved our room set up with fridge, micro, and sink partitioned off. Allow one of us to finish getting ready with a sink and big mirror, while the other showered. Bed was very comfy. Definitely will choose Country Inn and Suites when we use RDU!

No hot water. Warm at best. Now for the worst part THERESA IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS A NASTY OLD HAG. WE CAME DOWN EXPECTING A NICE GOOD MORNING WELCOME. WE WERE HARRASSED BY HER THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE EATING AND FELT AS OF WE WERNT WELCOMED. SHE WAS YELLING AT ME BECAUSE I HAD MY BAGS WITH ME AND AHE SAOD THEY WERE BLOCKING A TABLE THAT WE WERE SITTING AT. THEN SHE WAS YELLING AT MY GRANDDAUGHTER THAT SHE WASNT ALLOWED TO HELP HERSELF TO THE BREAKFAST. SHE IS ABOUT TO BE 8 NEXT WEEK. SHE IS MORE THEN CAPABLE OF POURING HER OWN JUICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE. THE RUBBERY EGGS WERE STONE COLD. THE SAUSAGE PATTIES WERE COLD AND UNDER COOKED. THE POTATOES WERE WET AND COLD.
THE MILK WASNT SITTING ON ICE.
I WILL BE EMAILING CORPORATE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THERESA HARRASSING US. NOT SURE IF ITS BECAUSE WE ARENT HER RACE BUT SHE TREATED EVERYONE ELSE OF COLOR WITH REPECT BUT NOT THE WHITE TRAVLERS. SHE NEEDS TO BE RE TRAINED OR FIND A NEW JOB PERIOD.

Very welcoming staff, comfortable bed and room. Only issue was a noisy fan on AC/heater unit…didn’t start until already in bed so dealt with it. Everything else was good.

I would NOT stay again, Property was old and outdated. Had a smell in hallways and elevator. I only spent one night thankfully so i was able to manage. The lobby/breakfast area was nicer than the rest of the building.

Had a monday 5am flight. So i booked a one night stay to be closer to the airport. I live about 45 minutes to 1hr away depending on traffic.. This hotel is about minutes from airport. The staff was very nice and very friendly, helpful at check-in. The hotel was nice,quite and clean. I booked a suite with 2 queen beds,that was separate from the living area. Has a kitchen area as well. The bathroom has very nice space in it as well. Not to small or cramped. Has tv in the living area & bedroom. It was 3 of us traveling. Beds where comfortable. Most likely will stay here again if i have another 5am flight in the future.
