Walk to Downtown Cary parks, restaurants, breweries and more! The home is 20 minutes from almost everything from Universities, RDU Airport, Music and Entertainment venues.
The house includes 3 bedrooms, one with a small en-suite bath, plus a living room, dining room and kitchen. Please note that the bathrooms are original and so they are SMALL. Not a lot of countertop space to spread out.
The house does include a washer/dryer however we want guests to be aware that it is in the basement down a staircase off the kitchen.
There is a spacious back yard, fenced on 3 sides.
