We booked a Queen room with city view and ensuite
On arrival, we checked in and was told, we had been upgraded
We asked for a reservation for dinner, to be informed their restrauant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday !
This was not stated on booking
Room had a double bed, not Queen
Had sky light and industrial view if opened the window, no window with city view
Were informed a large party were arriving on Saturday night and wanted rooms next to each other
Lack of hot food left for breakfast, we went dor breakfast at 08:45
Shower and wc open plan to bedroom !

Weekend en famille, le personnel a réussi à nous trouver une chambre pour trois en dernière minute, accueil téléphonique et physique très sympathique ! La chambre était fonctionnelle et la literie très propre ! Petit déjeuner bien copieux pris en terrasse avec les chats de l’hôtel, trop agréable ! Restaurants et fast-food à proximité car restaurant de l’hôtel fermé le weekend.

Très très bon Hôtel !!! Formule étape "chambre, pdj et repas du soir" = Grosse surprise car le repas était exceptionnel !!! Le petit déjeuner très très bon, français et américain Ne pas hésiter, et Bravo à tout l'équipe pour le savoir faire et votre gentillesse.

Ontzettend veel dank aan Parc Hotel voor de geweldige service! Na een hectische dag waarbij we op zondag met autopech strandden en geen enkele garage open was, vonden we gelukkig na een flinke wandeling Parc Hotel. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door een enorm attente en hulpvaardige jongeman bij de receptie, die werkelijk onze redding was. De volgende dag heeft het hele team ons ontzettend goed geholpen. We zijn ontzettend dankbaar voor de hulp en kunnen Parc Hotel van harte aanbevelen als een fantastische plek om te overnachten! Met een prachtig zwembad naast het hotel en een heerlijke bakker.
