Unpleasant stay. The reception was closed and we had no information on where to check in. We need to went to GNR to be informed where the guests usually do the check in. The room did not have a view as it was supposed to, it had no heating and not even any carpet... and its was so cold

Hotel in need of renovation, reception service is carried out in another distant hotel, when checking in the room cards were not well coded we had to replace them, the apartments have two TVs but none of them worked, there is no bottle of water, slippers or a robe, the worst part was wanting to take a hot water bath and not being able to. By far it could someday be worth the money.

A modern, huge apartment, very well located and…yet very uncomfortable!
Most of the plugs didn't work, the kitchen was very poorly equipped (I don't even know how a family could vacation there), the huge space with two rooms but without a single comfortable sofa.
There was no broom (in a beach apartment this is mandatory as there is always sand and you don't have to wait for cleaning in 2 days) there is no iron (to sort out the clothes that came in the suitcases). Anyway... I thought I paid too much for what I got.

Apartment very well located (very close to the beach), spacious, very well equipped, with an excellent view. To improve: not very comfortable double bed mattress, bad pillows too. It was requested at check-in that the rubbish would be removed daily (due to diapers on 2 babies), which did not happen. There was a lot of delay in answering the phone to the hotel (Aqualuz Tróia), which provided support for any need.
