Unfriendly and untrained reception staff, similar to those in the restaurant area, with the restaurant even being closed at lunchtime one day due to a lack of staff. The hotel has a good location, but falls short due to the poor quality of the service provided.

L'endroit est magnifique, l'hôtel est situé sur bord de la mer calme et chaude.
L'accueil est correct le personnel est très dévoué.
Petit bémol : sauna fermé hammam fermé jacuzzi fermé restaurant Italien fermé ascenseur défectueux 1sur 3 fonctionnait.

O check in muito lento. Eu entendo que as vezes é normal por causa do volume de pessoas, mas eu observei que foi falta de coordenação. 5 estrelas por ter o restaurante. Fez toda a diferença. Agradeço. Boa comida.
