Tivemos um problema no chekin e fomos tratados de forma grosseira por uma senhora que se dizia gerente. Agradecemos ao recepcionista Ronaldo pela condução do conflito e resolução dele. Obrigada pela sua condução Ronaldo! Você está totalmente preparado para assumir a gerência desse hotel. Pois, a pessoa que está é totalmente despreparada para a função. Parabéns pela calma, leveza e resolução do problema. A senhora que desempenha função de gestora está totalmente despreparada.

Hotel um pouco afastado do centro de Caruaru, mas facilita o acesso para as cidades próximas. Como solicitamos um quarto bem silencioso, ficamos hospedados em quartos do meio do prédio, quartos sem janela, a ventilação era praticamente inexistente já que a ventilação era bloqueada no mais era confortável e atendia o básico. O grupo de funcionários sempre muito atenciosos, simpáticos. Café da manha bem servido, com várias opções. Como celíaca sempre encontrei opções de alimentos sem glúten como tapiocas ou bolo de macaxeira. Estacionamento próprio. O hotel também oferece espaço com piscina e se precisar uma pequena área de lazer com churrasqueira e mesa de sinuca. A internet poderia ser um pouco melhor. Preço justo pelo que é oferecido Hotel sem acessibilidade.

Apesar de ser um hotel simples, os quartos merecem melhorias, principalmente a colocação de mesa de cabeceira e mais tomadas. Café da manhã bom. Estacionamento interno gratuito. Atendimento muito bom.
