Extremely satisfied and very grateful for the professional and the most caring staff. I had an excellent well made meal at the restaurant. Hats off the for the whole team. (Trainees included) I would like to also thank Baia (restaurant) for her warm welcome, genuine smile and kindness. The concept of the hotel is one of a kind. Very classy, cozy and stylish! The Nine, La Marsa Guided tour by Mariem, manager of the Bar. Friendly, pleasant and very dynamic. Explanations throughout the visit of the different places. At the Bar, Jade and Mahmoud were perfect. The Frappuccino, excellent. A lot of positive vibes from these young people, beautiful and very welcoming. Jade a dancer and a young man with a good communicative mood. At 9Bis, Loulou and then Kaïs who came to greet us, give us explanations and answer our questions. Sono stato per motivi di lavoro 8 notti presso questo Hotel, lavoro nel modo della ristorazione/hotel da 25 anni e devo dire che la struttura mi è piaciuta moltissimo. Esteticamente l'Hotel oltre d avere un Design molto accattivante e innovativo è molto ben curato. L'aspetto che più mi ha lasciato stupito è la cura dei dettagli da parte dei servizi di ristorazione a partire dai pitti proposti ma soprattutto dalla cura dei dettagli del servizio, in modo particolare devo ringraziare enormemente per il servizio di prima colazione Dorsaf che è sempre stata davvero molto gentile e attenta, per il servizio del Dinne anche Baia e Mariae. Questo personale è il vero valore aggiunto all'Hotel!! Grazie e spero a presto..

Il vient tout juste d’ouvrir, quelle réussite ! Tout est beau et bien pensé, la déco moderne vous séduit immédiatement, Lifestyle ! Le personnel au petit soins, Les chambres sont grandes et vraiment très bien équipées. Le restaurant dont la carte est signée par l’un des meilleurs chefs de Tunisie, inventive et très bien cuisiné. Ambiance business ou familiale, On s’y sent vraiment bien ! Sûrement l’un des meilleurs hôtel de Tunis !
