Hilltop Hideaway is a cozy oasis offering gorgeous valley and mountain views! Grab your coffee and sit for a spell in one of the front porch rockers to listen to the sounds of the surrounding farm life. Unwind after a day on Watauga Lake (10 min), hiking the Appalachia Trail (5 min) or Skiing Beech/Sugar Mtn (35 min)! Enjoy the privacy of the country with easy access to Johnson City (20 min), Banner Elk (30 min), Bristol (30 min) or Elizabethton (10 min). We are up a “holler” as we say in East TN. After traveling up the gravel drive, porch steps will take you through the front door to an open living room and kitchen with the bedrooms/bathroom down the hallway. Although there is only one bathroom available, the master bedroom offers an additional vanity sink. You can expect to hear the sounds of nature - whether cows and donkeys occasionally during the day, or crickets and cicadas most evenings!
