THEY ROBBED US FROM INSIDE THE ROOM!!!!! which already makes it a terrible experience. The administrator only showed up on the last day half an hour before we left, even though we asked to speak to him, they told us that he was sleeping and they couldn't wake him up. That day we were leaving, he showed up and tried to manipulate us so that we wouldn't write the comment. We had 200 dollars in a room that was missing from inside a backpack. The rest.... Good location but rooms with a musty smell, poor hygiene (behind a nightstand we even found a toy), the mattress was thin... old furniture, no windows to the outside which does not allow ventilation. It has a refrigerator that cools well, and air conditioning. IT DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT DESPITE BEING CHEAP. The photo is misleading. If you can't pay for something better, don't leave valuables in the room.

It's the worst 0/10. Do not book at this hotel, it is disgusting from the staff to the rooms, the cleaning is bad, the uncomfortable bed you literally sink into, the bathrooms smell and look bad. There is humidity, the air cannot be turned off, the supposed view of the city was a roof full of garbage. The bed was supposed to be double and they gave us a single bed. Everything full of dust and rust. I leave photos so you can get an idea of this.
