A very clean, quiet hotel. I was on a tour and had stayed at many other hotels in other cities and towns in Colombia. Quiet neighbourhood. Two excellent restaurants on the street. Minutes away from the Hop On Hop Off Bus stop ( tickets may be bought in the hotel).. At such a reasonably and comparatively lower cost per night, one is surprised at the wonderful efficient staff, cleanliness and amenities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and decided to return because of the great service. My room was comfortable, with Netflix and YouTube available. The air conditioning is strong and so is the hot water.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, gentis, educados e prestativos, o café da manhã é bom e varia mas eu devo ter ficado no pior quarto do hotel. Um lugar baixo (e eu sou baixa), barulhento (porque tem mais de 1 ar condicionado instalado na parte de trás, numa varanda, mas que não é usado pelo quarto e sim para outra instalação do hotel. Quando cheguei, a noite, não tinha no quarto papel higiênico e o lençol era sujo e manchado. O chuveiro demora para esquentar a água e o ar condicionado do quarto também é barulhento. Tem 2 tomadas no quarto sendo uma para a TV (que não funcionou nenhum canal no dia que tentei ligar) e tem 1 tomada no banheiro. No banheiro tem 1 lugar para colocar toalha mas estava meio solto. Eles poderiam dar uma olhada no quarto para melhora-lo e também trocar lençóis e comprar novos. Eu não voltaria a ficar nesse quarto. Fiquei porque paguei antecipado mas deu vontade de sair.

Cómo punto positivo diré que es silencioso y en buena ubicación. El hotel puede que allá en el siglo pasado fuese top, nada que ver hoy en día, el baño se cae a cachos. La cucaracha que maté el primer día siguió el siguiente en el mismo lugar, aunque hicieron la cama. No había agua caliente, ni funcionaba la TV. El desayuno normal bajo. No volvería. Es caro para lo que ofrece

Execelente ubicación, muy cerca al centro histórico. Muchos restaurantes cerca y fácil para tomar transporte. Habitaciones cómodas, personal agradable, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda o inconveniente. Desayuno excelente. ¡Recomendadisimo!
