Hotel Cartagena Premium

Terrible service. The employees seem to be serving a prison, they are rude, derogatory, they lack preparation in customer service The internet does not work except at the reception and pool The terrible rooms with a view to the air conditioning There are no power outlets There is one that cannot be used The Dirty bathroom full of sand. Cheapest soap. But above all people, terrible customer service.

Everything is ugly!!! You could pay more but everything needs to be improved. The spaces are ugly, the beds and breakfast are horrible and those glasses are very ugly. The only thing that works well is the air

We were at the facilities of the Cartagena Premium Hotel with 82 people, including young people and adults. On the reservation side, Miss Julieth was a great collaborator from the beginning, the reception staff were excellent, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant service was acceptable, there was a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool area was enjoyed and has a nice view of the sea. The service was good in general and I recommend it.

We liked a lot. City with a lot of cultural offerings, gastronomy, beaches and charming people. It is worth a weekend or better a long weekend, there is a lot to see. The NH hotel next to the town hall, very well located and correct in all services. Do not miss it!!

Old mattress on a concrete slab, 1 plastic chair on the balcony, refrigerator defective, air conditioning defective, toilet room slightly larger than a postage stamp, food just bad, hotel seems to have been built in the 60s, old and completely worn out, in short, it couldn't be worse than this hotel!

The multiple room is very spacious, it has a balcony with sea views. I liked the cleanliness and attention. The buffet food option allowed us to eat a lot. The food is Colombian and there is always the option of a dish with a seafood dish.

I stayed with my family in this hotel, in July 2022, first they gave us an uncleaned room, we told them and also told them that they needed some towels, they did nothing, we had to tell them on the same day 2 more times so that they would clean Finally, the next day they changed our room because the previous one, apart from being dirty, the door to the balcony was locked. Other bad aspects are that the air conditioning did not cool enough, the mirrors were fictitious. The lights didn't illuminate almost anything. When we go to the other room. It was clean but had a huge hole in one of the mattresses. (Who knows how many bugs that mattress had) apart from that, the other bed was a super old mattress which caused my mother to have lower back pain since it didn't have any cotton. Now the food... for the price it's not bad, but honestly that seemed like food for imprisoned people. The last day we were there it rained and the dining room was flooded with water. Apart from all that . The pool on the top floor (what seemed most beautiful in the hotel based on the views) is a complete sadness since it seems that the pool is never cleaned. They could get more money out of this hotel with better management. I understand that it is cheap but that does not make it normal that they do not clean well and that the staff is so insufficient. Every time we went to talk to the receptionists their responses were minimal and uninteresting. I would not return nor recommend this place to anyone.
