Great location. The service was friendly and good. Katia was very helpful. This hotel was so cute and right in front on the beach. The breakfast was good. The restaurant had good lunch/dinner options. Only 10 minutes drive to the airport. Not far from the Walled City. I’d love to stay here again.

1. If there is no sea view room at check-in, the hotel will downgrade it to a normal room;
2. For room type downgrade, the hotel claims that it will compensate with free breakfast. But our reservation itself already included breakfast;
3. When checking in at night, the receptionist did not speak English and his communication skills were almost zero;
4. There is a lot of room for improvement in details, and health issues need further attention;
5. Ctrip has excellent customer service and helps solve problems in a timely manner.

Staff were especially patient and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel as it is very convenient to easily accessible to the walled city.

The Door was broken and banged. Also the sofa had so many stains. There was a weird smell in the room. The Bathroom had nothing, no soap or anything. We asked for Conceirge to guide us to make reservation for restaurant, she was sitting in the bar area. Which was very weird for me. She did not speak english and told us to whatsapp her. We did but never got a response back from her. Very poor service. Would not recommand this hotel for sure. His is did not look like a Marriott hotel or had the service of Marriott hotel

We stayed at Ermita after issues with our previous accomodations. This hotel was a breath of fresh air from where we were staying previously. Complimentary welcome beverages, free breakfast, spot on room service and friendly staff. Ermita was the perfect addition to our stay in Cartagena
