We stayed at this wonderful hotel in September. The service is really very good and personal. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back to this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience in Cartagena staying at Hotel Quadrifolio. The room was large, very clean, with high ceilings, comfortable bed, nice large shower, and powerful AC. We loved the colonial architecture and beautiful design. The food was delicious and authentic! I must give the highest compliments to John, Rosa, Alice, Luis, Natalia and Nelson and other staff I can't remember everyone's names, but they were super friendly and helpful the entire stay. John did a great job every breakfast, there was so much food we couldn't eat enough! Rosa is an excellent chef. The staff did something special to celebrate my wife's birthday, which was really kind. We also enjoyed watching the Colombia vs Uruguay semifinal football match in the dining room with other guest and staff (really good mojitos)! Colombia won!!! We love and recommend Hotel Quadrifolio! Special thank you to Alice and Natalia for arranging our transportation and helping me when I couldn't find my passport! (It was in my luggage)

The Quadrifolio made my stay in Cartagena very special. These are some highlights... The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were immaculate, very comfortable, nice and spacious. . I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. I had a different traditional Colombian breakfast every day. The hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks in the heart of walled city, walkable to all great sides. I walked to Getsemani (10 min), Bocagrande (17 min). Quadrifolio's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. I also felt very safe there. The hotel's elegant design (Spanish Colonial residence), combined with its top- notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to a wonderful staff - Kalia, Alice, Yoselin, Rosa, Luisa, Fernando, Mariano, and Dario. I hope I did not forget anyone. They were all so wonderful and accommodating !!!

Highly recommend the serene oasis of this location among the bustle of “La ciudad amurallada” Cartagena. With a full service breakfast and turn down service, we felt like royalty. The closeness of everything within walking distance, yet the location is on a quiet stretch. Adore it

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is charming and in a great location -- the neighborhood is quiet and close to all the historic sites so you can walk to everything. The dedicated staff are outstanding -- they went out of their way to make sure they took care of our needs.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is small, but you get personalized attention. The service was excellent. The room we stayed in was on the first floor with two beds. The room was kept very clean. Breakfast was cooked specifically for us. It is also in a good location in the walled city near many restaurants and sites. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Cartagena.

This is an absolute must stay hotel in Cartagena. From the moment we arrived we were treated with warmth and friendliness beyond compare. The hotel is gorgeous and feels very special. Alice, Luis and Fernando took such amazing care of us, from making reservations and giving recommendations, to giving us insight on what it is to be Colombian (and what cool jewelry the Gen Z are wearing!) We will miss our time here and hope to come back and stay here again. Also, the breakfast was delicious, the pool and hot tub were excellent especially during the hottest points in the day, and we were very grateful for the laundry service! Thank you Hotel Quadrifolio! Stayed here on my honeymoon and it is a wonderful hotel. Fantastic service, breakfast was excellent and the staff are lovely. Cartagena in a very nice city too, lots of excellent bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

What a beautiful hotel. Walking through the big colonial door into an oasis of calm and history. Delightful and friendly staff - special mention to Fernando for the wonderful breakfast, the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! And my room was beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious, with a powerful raindrop shower. Location couldn’t have been any more central, just a 5 minute walk from Cafe del Mar for sunset and surrounded by the most wonderful bars and restaurants. A very safe location for a solo traveller. Would highly recommend.
