Mi mujer y yo tuvimos una terrible experiencia en este hotel! No lo recomendamos a NADIE! Primero decir lo bueno, y sin duda que la localización es fantástica. En el barrio de Getsemaní pero lejos de todo el ruido y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Todo lo demás fue terrible!
1) Nuestro baño tenía el lava manos roto, conclusión, goteaba água y como tal teníamos el piso del baño y de la habitación todo el tiempo mojado!
2) la precisión de la ducha es terrible, los agujeros están praticamente todos tapados de lo sucios que están y por eso el água no sale adequadamente.
3) la conexión de la tele en la habitación tampoco estaba buena, conclusión de eso no pudimos ver tv en ningún momento adequadamente.
4)) el desayuno es un desastre (asegúrense que van con tiempo sobrado para el desayuno) el servicio es RE lento, los pedidos vienen desordenados y la amabilidad ni verla. Tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos por una omelete!!!
5) en las fotos sale una piscina en el hotel! Es una estafa! Es mentira! No hay piscina ninguna en este hotel!
Estuvimos 4 días en este hotel! Desde el primer día que alertamos el personal de estos problemas, no arreglaron nada! No nos cambiaron de habitación! No intentaron nada para arreglar y/o mejorar la situación. Terrible, un grande NO a este lugar!

This was a great hotel, they have security at night, we felt very safe. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way. Omar from front desk was the best thing, was full of information and the breakfast sever was such a sweet lady. Also, the breakfast is actually very decent. We had issues with the toilet not flushing and it was fixed right away. Location is topnotch, nice restaurants around and center is only ten minutes walk. The only thing this place is missing is a Pool and please have invest on "do not disturb sign". Thanks again to all the staff for all the smiles!

I am so glad I stayed at this hotel! It was perfectly located, there was someone at the front desk 24/7, and the room and bed were very comfortable. The shower had strong hot water and the free breakfast each morning was delightful. Very friendly staff, too!

The hotel is perfect to stay if you are doing activities around Cartagena in the day and just sleep at night. Room was great, staff perfect very gentle and kind. I consider my room could have more ventilation since there was no windows to the exterior. Other than that stay was perfect. Breakfast top, prepared at the moment.

Great Location! We did 3 tours and the meeting point was no more than 10 minutes away (walking) every time. I do recommend bringing ear plugs and this is for ANY WHERE in Cartagena. They have a lot of party buses and no matter where you stay you'll hear them and the street noise. We were lucky and got an interior room BUT we could still hear the buses. Also, just be conscious of the mini bar charges. We took 1 Red Bull and at checkout they wanted to charge us for 2, we had to fight it but in the end we had to only pay for one but when we did they claimed to have "no change" and wanted to pocket 20 pesos. Instead we went outside bought a coffee, got change and gave them the exact amount. Also, I don't recommend having them "call" a driver for the airport. Their driver charges about 60-70 pesos while a taxi charged us 20 pesos. Their breakfast was really good too. Would stay here again, the room was very clean and modern.

Great location as it's walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, clubs. Water views right from you room (depending on which room you get) I booked two beds but they kept giving me a room with one bed even after notifying them. Everything else was great, breakfast was superb, you order from a menu as opposed to buffet style. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and attractive. Only downside was there's no pool.

I am not easy to eat because I am a vegetarian. They provided me everything what I want to eat. The server is extremely NICE and POLITE.
