The staff is very attentive and they are always helping you to be comfortable. The service is excellent … There is a lot of security and they help you with places to visit, they have good prices on tours to the islands. Excelente hotel, muy buen el desayuno y el restaurante también ofrece una comida deliciosa a muy buenos precios. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Bocagrande, muy cerquita de la avenida principal y también de las playas y el centro comercial. Se puede ir caminando al casco histórico aunque un taxi cuesta 15M colombianos, bastante barato, demora 5 min. Muy Recomendable

O Hotel está dentro das expectativas e das informações que são ofertadas por eles mesmo. O café da manhã tem um buffet com frutas (melancia, abacaxi, manda e melão), 2 tipos de cereais e mais aveia e passas, café, leite e suco. Fora isso oferece opções a la carte. EU tive um pouco de dificuldade em comer pois a preparação não era tão caorichada e o pão deles é levemente doce, então cansa um pouco. Mas é ok. O quarto era limpo e de tamanho pequeno, não tem espaço para ficar lá, mas como ficavamos a maior parte do tempo na rua não fez diferença e foi bem o que precisávamos. Ponto positivo era que tivemos 3 camas separadas pois estavamos em 3 amigas, algo dificil nos hoteis. Ponto negativo, o wifi funciona mas é bem ruim, tinhamos que procurar o lugar do quarto que funcionasse, as vezes ele simplesmente sumia do nada. Acho que tem um bom custo benefício para quem quiser ficar nessa área.

Recepção atendimento pessimo sou do Brasil e não Tiveram o mínimo respeito de tentar nos entender , atendente do restaurante nunca entendia meus pedidos tive que pagar o café da manhã que já estava incluso na diária ! Não indico . Muito barulho

Para nosotros como familia fue especial encontrar un hotel con excelentes personas, la atención al cliente fue espectacular, las habitaciones para nuestro descanso fue muy completo totalmente grande y cómodas, el restaurante espectacular con agradable ambiente y especial atención del personal, a dos cuadras de las playas de Bocagrande y muy cerca de tiendas restaurantes centro comerciales y demás 100% recomendado

Muy buen hotel; la limpieza de la habitación muy buena, la amabilidad de la recepción muy buena, lo que me parece que hay que mejorar es en las señoras del servicio del restaurante, no tiene aptitud para atender.
