The location was great. Easy walk to everything in the walled city. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay there again.

Decent property. Not perfect.. construction.. and rooms smelled a bit musty but the location you can’t beat and the staff was super pleasant.

Enjoyed my stay comfortable room and bed and nice view from the balcony. Would definitely stay there again. Could use a little more light in the bathroom. Front desk very nice and helpful.

They cut the water due to maintenace without even given a prior notice. Literally in the shower when it was cut. They offered sending buckets of water as a solution.

We really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and were kind enough to upgrade our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was fabulous.
The hotel is in a great location for walking around the historic centre of Cartagena.
