Poorly managed Pictures are old Is not safe and dirt And nobody cares to hel or find a solution Room door needed to be fixed two days in a raw and had to wait 15” while doing it The third day I had to leave I checked out and relocate to another hotel Tv did not work Pool useless Área unsafe And no assistance to know the area better Stay away if you want to enjoy your vacation

La ubicación del hotel es buenísima; en el sector de Bocagrande, cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares, sitios comerciales y la playa. La habitación bastante limpia, con aire acondicionado en óptimas condiciones. Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable desde el principio; sobre todo el señor del restaurante que servía el desayuno por la mañana. El área de la piscina es verdaderamente bonita.

Todo mal, hicimos una reservación de dos días y solo nos quedamos un día porque no soportamos, la habitación terrible, mucho olor a humedad, la habitación estaba al lado de la cocina, de la piscina y del lobby, por lo que el ruido fuerte era constante, 24/7. Nuestra reservación incluía alimentación y terrible, uno no podía elegir qué comer, ya tenían sus tres comidas del día establecidas y para que lo atendieran las meseras había que rogarles, no rescato absolutamente nada bueno de este hotel.

Excelente relación precio calidad, se nota que fue remodelado hace poco, la decoración es de muy buen gusto, las almohadas y colchones de buena calidad al igual que las sábanas. El hotel es cómodo y muy limpio, la ubicación es inmejorable, recomiendo la playa castillo a 10min caminando del hotel, es mucho más tranquila que boca grande. Como sugerencia nos hizo falta contar con secador de cabello se agradecería poder tener uno en la habitación al igual que un frigobar para poder tener agua helada. El bar Cilantro con el que cuenta el hotel tiene cócteles y platos deliciosos de buena calidad y a un precio razonable, feliciten al chef de mi parte. Por último quiero felicitar el servicio y la atención del staff, nos han atendido siempre con muy buena disposición y una gran sonrisa, felicitaciones a Don Samuel, David, Yanimar, Yesi, Beatriz, gracias por hacernos sentir en casa y atendernos con tanta amabilidad. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel sin pensarlo 2 veces.

Me gusto mucho el estilo cartagenero y colorido del hotel, adicional la atención que recibimos fue la mejor, lo súper recomiendo para pasar una increíble estadía en Cartagena. Queda muy cerca al centro histórico y la playa de bocagrande solo a 5 minutos caminando. La comida es súper rica y hay un servicio de restaurante- bar exclusivo donde ofrecen unos ricos cócteles, las habitaciones son limpias, grande y cómodas.
