The property was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a jacuzzi. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for meal preparation. There was a small grocery store and several restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience. The beach was also within close proximity, enhancing the overall experience.
Excursions were available at nearby hotels, which we discovered by chance on our last day. It would have been helpful to know about these options earlier. It's worth noting that each apartment is independently owned, and unfortunately, we experienced issues with the hot water for both the shower and the jacuzzi during our stay.
As a first-time traveler, I would have appreciated a list of local activities or suggestions for things to do in the area to help enhance the experience. Additionally, the building has a no-guest policy, which is important to be aware of.

The water to take a shower was always cold never got warm even the hot tub was cold. Also, I was suppose to have a working washer and dryer and there was no dryer and it was complicated to get anything dried. I wouldn’t come here again.

Was not quiet rooms all
Have vents to open areas can hear others all hours of night lots of noise but besides the night noise 9 nights in a row everything else was great

The property was very nice. Our rooms were always cleaned for the most part on the whole stay. Most of the staff were very friendly. And it was a good walking distance to beach and some restaurants.
Cons: there were no blinds in the living room so people could constantly see into your hotel room.
They also don’t allow ANY guest. If you’re visiting with family your family can’t even step foot into the hotel let alone go up to your room or to the pool. I thought this was a terrible rule.

The beds need to be updated. Very uncomfortable. Some utensils had mold. The coffee machine cannot be used because it had mold inside. The jacuzzi was also with mold. Apartment needs to be clean better.

Bad experience, I did t like it at tall. First of, they don’t allow you to bring any visitor which is something they don’t mention when you are booking. As soon as you come in they charge you a cleaning fee, they dont come to clean every day as they are supossed to. How here is the worst part, water barely comes. You can spend a whole day with no water. I had to buy water bottles to Brush my teeth, I couldn’t take a shower for a whole day. If you come here, know that you won’t be able to take a shower whenever you want. They will tell you it’s the whole city, which is a lie, I made it to different hotels and public places and they have water. I regret booking here, I’ll never come back for sure

Nice and secure building with splendid rooms, well furnished and equipped. Airconditioners work very well and keeps you cool throughout your stay. All of the workers were very nice and supportive.
However, my room smelt like sewage intermittently throughout my 3 day stay. I constantly got bites all over my legs and I couldn't identify the source to determine if it was due to bed bugs or some other insect. The location is also a significant distance from the downtown area, so expect a 30mins drive to the Clock tower and other fun spots. The gym is nothing to write home about...1 rickety spin bike that's falling apart, 1 old treadmill and 1 more equipment. The apartment also charges a significant cleaning fee but they make no effort to clean the apartment nor replace the beddings or towels throughout the stay.
The internet in the rooms is not particularly fast as I struggled to connect during work calls, although the internet in the coworking room on the ground floor is exponentially better. The shower doesn't work well, as the water quickly alternates between very hot and cold, with very low water pressure.
Overall, I will not recommend.
