What a pleasure this hotel was to experience. No signage so a bit difficult to locate at first but they have their reasons for exclusivity, privacy and security of their guests. It’s in the prime location near the clock tower central to all the walled city has to offer plus the marina for boating excursions to the islands or beach clubs. The service was par excellence. Setting reservations and providing in person escorts to uber and marina. Highly recommend. Rooms were decorated adorably and beds were comfortable. We had a balcony room. Only thing to be aware is the noise of the rooftop bars but you will experience that any place you stay within the walled city.

Had an amazing time at this cute and quaint hotel! Traveled with a small group and we rented the whole villa. Service was amazing and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Will for sure come back and stay at this hotel!

The hotel is fabulous! The service is amazing. The staff was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who I knew wanted to visit Cartagena.

Amazing location and the staff were really attentive, helping with anything we needed. Very comfy big bed! Had a few issues with the aircon but they were very apologetic and got things fixed very quickly. Our room was very quiet which I think is rare in central Cartagena. The only point of improvement would be the coffee at breakfast, especially when in Colombia where the coffee is generally so fantastic.

Perfectly located boutique hotel, in the middle of the old city. The concierge service was incredible. We received great tips from the staff (especially from Daniela and Ronald) and they booked everything we needed (massages, salsa classes, island trips, restaurants...). The cleaning was excellent too, and the private pool on the rooftop was also a huge plus (days can be quite hot there).

Fantastic location and stunning the hotel. The staff are so helpful and can't do enough to make sure you have a comfortable stay. They were sop accommodating with keeping my luggage and facilitating a late check. The bed were super comfortable and the views from the roof were exceptional. I can't wait to go back already!
