Fabulous hotel. We had a five night stay at this beautiful small hotel in the Dordogne Very nice and well appointed comfortable rooms. Lovely area to sit and have a drink on an evening the pool was great too - very quiet and relaxing. Dinner was also very nice. Please not thought, the restaurant is closed Sunday and Wednesday. The bar was closed too on Wednesday. A great base to explore the lovely area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful in itself with the plus of being next to Jardins d’eau, sculptured gardens with lovely water features. The staff were very helpful and warm.There was an air of quality in every aspect of this fine hotel. The chef is known for his smoked duck breast, we had a very enjoyable dinner.

We walked here from Domme and found a real oasis. Beautifully restored from an old barn to provide a huge breakfast/dining area, and large well furnished rooms. Best bathroom by far of the hotels we stayed in on our 8-day walk in the Dordonge. Continental breakfast hit the spot. Very friendly and helpful staff gave us a room upgrade. Great access just off the Voite Vert.

Such a beautiful property, spacious rooms and bathrooms, excellent restaurant, amazing pool and outdoor area to relax in. The gardens are located next door to the hotel. Didn't want to leave this hotel. It's about 2klm to Carsac, easy walk, Carsac is very small and quiet. Although you can go canoeing on the Dordogne River from Carsac, which is a great way to spend a day. Also local buses operate out of Carsac.

La villa Romaine porte bien son nom ! On se croirait en Italie. Très bel établissement dans un cadre verdoyant et calme. Le personnel est au petit soin. La table du restaurant est très bien. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité et magique quand on le prend sur la terrasse au soleil. On reviendra c’est sûr !

Un endroit magnifique, magique, harmonieux, calme .Il y aurait tellement de mot pour décrire cette endroit paradisiaque. Le restauration est un régal et l accueil chaleureux. Je n ai pas réussi à trouver un point négatif peut être l envie d y retourner très vite .

Superbe lieu reposant accueillant et une cuisine extra! Les chambres sont très confortables . La cuisine est raffinée avec de superbes saveurs. La piscine est très grande calme et agréable. Tout était parfait! On reviendra c'est certain!

Très belle endroit au calme, reposant, belle chambre, piscine et une bonne table .le petit déjeuner est bien là seul remarque c’est de ne pas avoir du jus d’orange frais,il y a plein de choses à faire tout au tour,c’était une très belle découverte.

Sublime ! Harmonieux calme et tellement beau. De plus, la restauration le soir est délicieuse, après un apéritif sous une ancienne halle. La piscine est très belle avec une plage pour les enfants et une belle vue pour les grands! Vivement recommandé
