A superbly run, clean and great value establishment with a warm welcome from the hosts. The best buffet breakfast of any hotel during our week in Sicily, generous and with a wide variety of options. Ortigia is just a 10 minute drive, so why be ripped off to stay there when you can relax in this excellent hotel for half the price.

I only stayed for one night with my girlfriend, and I must say that Mrs. Rosetta's welcome was super, she always explained everything to us with a smile and kindness, not to mention the availability and friendliness of Graziano and Patrizia who know how to make you feel At home! And then I wanted to say a few words about the Oasi del Gabbiano location, an earthly paradise, surrounded by well-kept greenery and a small swimming pool where you can cool off under the Sicilian sun despite it being October 16th, spectacular! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, long live Sicily, long live the seagull oasis, I will definitely recommend it!

Highly recommended place. For those who want to spend moments of complete relaxation away from the city and chaos. Top cleanliness, kind staff attentive to your needs, I found a second family. The breakfast is indescribable from A to Z. Possibility of dining on site. The chef Don Carmelo is a veteran of the kitchen. He prepares certain dishes made with passion and dedication. Graziano a point of reference for everything. A strategic place to reach Syracuse and the other surrounding areas. I hope to return next year.

One night stay. Warm welcome. Clean room. Good sleep quality. Pleasant breakfast, which varies from sweet to savory (the homemade cakes are delicious!). Right value for money. The only flaw: the swimming pool is too small! All in all a decent experience.
