It's not the fanciest hotel, but we like this one a lot. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice. Clean. It's quiet. Breakfast was ok. This was our second stay here. We are happy with everything. A very good restaurant is in walking distance. We will stay again when in Iowa.

Management asked for Service Animal Certification/Identification whereby law they’re not allowed to, when told that it’s a law by the ADA, Management tried to charge a deposit, whereby law they’re prohibited from doing so. Cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere where Management understand ADA procedures.

This hotel is not up to date with all the fancy perks of a high priced hotel. But it is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and very nice. Staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for our 4 night stay. I love that there's a door in the room that goes outside to where our car is parked right in front of the door. There is also a door going out to the hall in the building. No complaints at all. We will stay here again for sure.
