Aparthotel Adagio Access Carrières-Sous-Poissy

I didn't like the fact that I arrived at the hotel in the evening and there was no one at reception to receive us and especially not being able to get the information on where I was supposed to collect the keys, fortunately for me I found a client who knew the procedure.

Facturation de taxe non prévue. Non signalé à la validation de la réservation. J'ai dû payer des frais non mentionné. Agent de l'accueil n'a rien voulu savoir. Manque de compréhension. Chambre simple sans plus.

I booked 3 nights (without breakfast) at Adagio for work (a 4-person apartment). Not disappointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. Very practical, 10min walk from Poissy train station. Only downside: the fridge a bit noisy. I recommend !!

We planned to live a week in a hotel, on 11/04 a pipe in the bathroom burst at night. There was no staff at the hotel at night, the employee was able to arrive only 30 minutes later. By this time, the neighbors were warned, they packed their things and turned off the water (they miraculously did not burn themselves, hot water poured into the room). We were moved to two different rooms with a promise the next day to be moved to an appart for 3 people. In the evening it turned out that by order of the director, our appart was sold, and we must stay in the rooms provided or pay off and go outside. The attitude towards customers is boorish, the proposal to overpower in another appart of the same grid was ignored. Nobody considers himself guilty in this situation. The hotel belongs to the Accord brand nominally, there is no service center for customers. I do not recommend stopping.

The apartment is well equipped but a little dated, no air conditioning so it was very hot in the apartment in the middle of August. No possibility of leaving the windows open because of a lot of noise from the road. Bad smell in the hallway and elevator. Very small paid parking lot.
