Чудесная вилла . Было все хорошо! Приятная и гостеприимная хозяйка. Хороший завтрак. Чисто и тихо. Дизайн и декор -это тот случай , когда работал художник. К можалению, мы провели только одну ночь. Обязательно вернёмся на более долгое время.

This is an amazing hotel. We stayed in one of the suites and it was wonderful. Thank you Margherita for such a great stay. The breakfast buffet, eggs, fresh juices, and Italian coffee were delicious. The family has decorated the hotel and gardens with really intriguing art and sculpture. They have a lovely garden which feels like an oasis even though you are right off a main street. The hotel is thoughtfully and beautifully designed.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Margherita, spijtig genoeg was het maar voor 1 nacht! Had graag nog langer willen blijven. De villa is zeer goed gelegen tov enerzijds de marmergroeves en anderzijds de kust. Naar Carrara centrum is het maar een steenworp afstand. In totaliteit had de eigenaresse 7 jaar verbouwd aan de villa en het resultaat laat zich zich. Prachtige, zéér grote kamers (wel stijlgevoelig) die gedecoreerd zijn in een mix van oude en modern (kunst) elementen. Kunst is in- en om de villa ruimschoots aanwezig. In de ochtend werd een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd waarbij de eigenaresse nog iets extra’s uit de hoge hoed toverde om te laten proberen. Echt oog voor detail! Was het perfect? Nee, maar wel bijna. Twee puntjes van kritiek: 1) De douche in mijn kamer (no.1) was voor mijn lengte (1.90m) ongeschikt. Ik kon me amper keren en heb me paar keer flink gestoten 2) De accomodatie zou helemaal “af” zijn met een zwembad in de prachtig grote tuin.
