The hotel is nice but the location is a bit out, if you don't have a car that will not be convenient because the public transport bus is around 800ms away walk.
The buffet breakfast is good value if the room package is included it

This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us).
It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy.
At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again.

There was a large parking lot to park cars. The check-in was smooth and quick. Our room was located on 3rd floor and there was no lift...The room was spacious and clean and was facing golf course with a pond. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and the price was reasonable. It was raining on the next day and as there was no shelter from the room to the reception, we were a bit wet when walking to the reception for check-out. Overall, good!

Basic room with the essentials. Couple of mosquitos in the room were annoying and the room was a bit dark. Nothing terrible, nothing great, an average hotel.

Hotel offers a nice location for golfers given its right next to the golf course and everything along the Gold Coast is in close vicinity. The resort has various buildings with three floors, there is no elevator in the different buildings and you will be asked to carry your luggage up to the rooms via the stairs.
The rooms itself need an update especially the bathrooms. There is no active ventilation of the bathrooms which gives an odd / wet smell to the rooms. You find a small sticker on the mirror telling you to close bathroom door after showering as fire alarm might be triggered from the water vapor and you would be charged if it sets off an alarm which is highly ridiculous and questionable.
Room cleaning did not happen every day after cleaning lady once knocked at 8:15 on the weekend despite requesting even via their app which they said afterwards will not work.
We found hairs and dirt on towels and new bed sheets so cleaning standards were not sufficient.
They have two free tennis courts which is nice but the provided rackets were half broken and balls super old.
Breakfast food is below average, no decent coffee and cleaning of dining room was bad (eggs on floor etc). Despite included, we decided not to have breakfast there after the first day. Free parking is nice.
We will not stay again as it was overpriced for what it is in our view and rather 3 star standard.

Great place to stay. Family of 5, comfortable and keeps family busy, happy.
Tennis courts, kids hub, pools, spas, gym were all used with no issues.
Staff so great, especially the waiters, so friendly and welcoming. Great variety of food and drinks.
