Service was excellent, would highly recommend! I disliked that there were no drawers inside the room to put my belongings inside of it.

This hotel is OK and very close to shopping mall, restaurants, banks and bus stop for bus to downtown Santa Barbara. Some of the staff were very helpful

My ac in the room didn’t work. The vents were rusted, and wasn’t a pleasant experience

The room is quite big, just an ordinary hotel that is convenient for traveling. There is no service and the price/performance ratio is definitely poor.

The location is relatively remote. It takes more than half an hour to take a taxi from the UCSB campus to the hotel, and the taxi fare + tips is about $40. There is an Albertsons supermarket and convenience store nearby, a small swimming pool, and not much else. There is a public bus at the entrance of the hotel lobby to the city. However, when you get to the city, you still have to transfer to another bus to get to UCSB. The whole journey takes about one and a half hours. Although the price is cheaper, the location is not very convenient.

On the beach, there is no hair dryer in the room

Well a very polite chap welcomed us and checked us in quickly, the room we'd have to say was a little rough around the edges but it was clean, beds were comfortable and the towels looked and felt like new. The only down side was the nearby road noise, but was expected.

It was nice and cozy just like any motel only problem was there was a city wide blackout that spooked us for a second lol

My watch was stolen last night from my room. I didn’t notice till morning. I have called the sheriffs and they are handling it, at least video footage is present. Don’t stay here

Simple, clean, affordable, close to shops and close to the beach. Really a great place for the price in an area where most hotels are much more expensive.

Clean and comfortable and easy access to/from the freeway. Starbucks, pizza and shopping nearby. Shower/bathtub drained very slowly.

Nice location needs a microwave / coffee machine in room / more softer towels / thicker mattress / bigger bed

The motel was super clean, easy to get to shopping and restaurants, helpfuL staff. And all in a budget!

clean room except for dirty towel left in room. Internet not working. Ice machines out of f order.
