The location of the hotel was so convenient to the old city! The staff were attentive and helpful. Carpi and the Smart Hotel were a bonus to our trip.

Un buon albergo, recentemente rinnovato, che ha il pregio della posizione, a pochi passi dalla piazza e quindi ideale per la visita della città. Camera e bagno funzionali, scomoda invece l'assenza della colazione, convenzionata con un locale non proprio vicino. Per un pronto intervento è comunque disponibile, al piano, una macchina per il caffè con relative capsule. Conto adeguato alle caratteristiche dell'albergo, che ha corrisposto alle aspettative ed è quindi consigliabile.

A Carpi per una trasferta lavorativa, ho scoperto questa struttura in pieno centro, curata e molto pulita. Il personale è stato gentile e professionalmente ben organizzato. Ottima la comunicazione con il cliente tramite messaggistica.

Struttura molto accogliente. Camera spaziosa, pulita, con bagno grande e comodo. Consiglio solo la porta della doccia per evitare di bagnare dappertutto e soprattutto per non rovinare la vicina porta in legno. Per il resto tutto ok. Comodissima la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la qualità in rapporto al prezzo. Posizione ottima calcolando che si é a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale. Comunque silenzioso e tranquillo.

Un hotel semplice, pulito, ben situato al centro di Carpi. Non preparano la prima colazione, che si deve prendere in un bar vicino con uno sconto del 10%. Parcheggio comodo, però le camere si devono lasciare entro le 10:30 (un po’ presto!). Il personale fa il suo lavoro ma non è particolarmente simpatico ed accogliente.

Ottima posizione nel centro storico di Carpi. Struttura pulita. Personale accogliente in particolare Lisa alla reception, gentile e professionale, ci ha dato indicazioni molto utili per il nostro soggiorno a Carpi. Lisa è certamente un valore aggiunto per l’hotel! Hotel da consigliare!
